Thank you for sharing ma'am!
You’re welcome. Glad to help!
Lapit k n dto samin sa Cali… Good luck s inyo dyan sa NV. Plano nyo n ba bumili bahay dyan?
Uu dito na kami for good para malapit lang sa kamaganak hehe nagsasave na rin for that sa bahay. Lapit na nga. Halos every weekend nagSacramento kami…haha dami din lumipat dito galing Cali
Hi Nurse Germz, dami tlga natutunan sa videos mo, lalo na sa aming mga HD Nurses, I also signed up in Davita, By any chance, do you think Illinois is a good State of Choice? When it comes to the clinic operation?
Unfortunately, I’m not. Wala din ako kakilala don so wala akong masagap mga balita hehe
Nice content. What's the regular rate of weren't in a contract?
Thank you. No idea. Try ko ask kasama ko and update ko here. Kakahiya magtanong but I’ll try.haha pinoy din sya.
@@Nursegermznun nkta ko finally may upload kna s wakas. You made my day.
Thanks. Appreciate it. Weekly na to.
How much is the usual net pay per month?
With your level of experience, you should demand more money. Especially in a city like PA where the cost of living is high. You shouldn't make anything less than 80K
I appreciate this. That’s why I left. Hopefully in my new clinic, I’ll be earning that much. Thank you for this comment.
That’s awesome!
Weren’t you traveling at one point? If so, why did you stop?
No. I’m not a traveling nurse. I’m under 3years contract and part of it is floating to different clinics which might look like traveling.
@@Nursegermz Gotcha! Thanks for the quick reply. I’m in ACUTES, btw 😅
Im currently here in US without dialysis experience and directly applied at davita kansas state. I was offered $35/hr
Thanks for the info. Did you have a previous nurse job before it? Is the Davita offer higher?
Same here, ang only experience ko sa ER (3 months) at Psych (3 months) both volunteer pa sa pinas and that was way back in 2008 pa. I’m here in US (MD) I applied at Davita (Washington, DC) online, they offered 40/hr no dialysis experience. I’m considered a new grad. I will start soon🙏
Middle east experience clinic at EMT for 10 yrs.
@@lindsaydeguzman9856Davita nagsponsor syo sis? nclex passer lng aq no prior hosp or dialysis experience...will I qualify to apply kya?
Hi! Did your offered hourly rate change before visa interview based on your experience? Thanks!
D sya nagchange.
Like before kayo nagstart po? Or need muna ilang mos magwork for increment?
@@aniejanelara5652 before ako nagstart. On my 8th month nag increase din kami.
My friend applied directly sa US in Texas $41 ang offer nila may 1 yr experience sya ng HD sa Pinas. Ung offer nila kasi sa akin at mga kakilala ko from overseas is sobrang layo sa offer ng kaibigan ko.
@@aniejanelara5652 as explained in the video, mas malaki ang rate if dito magapply directly since wala silang obligasyon sa paglipad dito sa US. Ung sakin, I am not sure if based sa exp, I think more of update lang since 2017 pa ung rate ko. Liit lang din increase non pagdating dito but at least meron.
Nakahanap din ako ng hd nurse. I also applied to DaVita. I'm done with the interview. Kinabahan ako sa interview ng sobra kaya I'm not sure kung magkakaron ako ng offer letter. Palmer's group of Davita ung akin. Same offer with 32.5usd but it will depend daw sa state na mapupuntahan ko. Hopefully makuha ako. Planning to bring my wife and newborn son there too.
Ano pong mas okay davita or fresenius maam?
Both have pros and cons like every other companies
Good day. About po sa experience here in Philippines okay lang po ba from dialysis clinic?or need experience from hospital talaga para maging acute dialysis nurse?
Yes, clinic is ok but it still depends sa agency na applyan mo if aaccept nila or hindi.
Ah ok po. Thanks.
hi nurse gems may I know po saang state and facility po kayo? thanks
NV, Davita
Mam, saang hosp ka po sa NV? At saan yung chronic mo?
Hello maam,
I just received an offer frm davita, stated s offer meron INTERNATIONAL NURSE LOAN AGREEMENT,ano po insights nyo reg this po?
And, is 32.5/hr okay na po ba maam? Salamat po !😘
Location: polaris, pero no specific area pa po🙏
Watch this czcams.com/video/i5mUDGSQ1-E/video.html&si=1ZBos1iik9xCQJie Polaris is like a group of people sa management ni Davita that covers specific states and areas, it does not tell where specifically you’ll be assign. San ako nagAcute PRN is also part of the Polaris.
But being aware of your rate means may facility ka na. So it depends talaga
@@Nursegermz salamat po
@@Nursegermz hello mam, ask ko lng po, I signed the offer po, pero I haven’t started the application yet, okay lng po ba mag retract? Wala po kaya prob on my part? Thank you.
Yes definitely. Sabihan mo reason baka iadjust nya rate mo hehe
Na-try mo na magAcute HD.?
Yes. If you check out my latest videos, I’ve uploaded about how I applied and a da in the life as an acute nurse too
@@Nursegermz nice! will check it out. Yeah i never work sa clinic.l before i started out as Acute HD. i think dialysis na lang gagawin ko hanggang sa magRetire ako
Yes. And there are other options too within the dialysis world. Aside sa chronic and acute, may pd, hhd, access center, management area din even remote jobs. Try to look sa internal careers ng workplace mo.
@@Nursegermzyeah thats the beauty of the dialysis world. So far i do PD,HD & CRRT. In training ako soon for Apheresis,RBC exchange and eventually Stem Cell collection. I watched some of your videos. Ayus.! Subbed.! 👏🏽👏🏽
😍🇵🇭🇴🇲
Saan state na po kau Maam?
I think she .
Sa Washington nmn me. No exp at all pero 40/hr offer skn. I'm thankful for that cuz medsurg ako ang rate 34-38 lang. Lol
@sakuralovespink this is nice. Advantage pag may previous work na sa US is you can always go higher but not lower. Kasamahan ko na ang “D” nagbargain pa na lower rate from her previous “F” work. Confident masyado kala guro maloloko nila.hahaha
@@Nursegermz oh iniisp ko rn lumipt sa acute once comfy nko mag stick 😂 can u post a vid like difference working in acute setting/ vs chronic
