jammers are broken in the game and no you shouldt just use them when in danger, you can have a small jammer only ship that deliberately baits missiles from the enemy and when those are close to you, turn off the jammer while landed and those missiles will fly over you and be wasted... including nukes
jammers make the game stuipdly easy, they can not only waste all their missiles but they can also save your ships from other missiles, divert their direction towards your jammer ship and once again loose those missiles to the void...

I actually really like ELINT, it looks kinda goofy and looks complicated but with just a rough direction and range you can easily estimate which location or city that things like strike groups are, where you can then send them a gift of a few KH-15s

all you need to do is never leave the first city. after the strike groups stop hitting you, radar is basically free! :D

So are their only limited Strike groups? Yesterday I took 4 of them out one of them also having a Sevastopol. Are they gone for good or will new ones just spawn?

@@adoc4015 so I havent played recently, but last time I played yes there are limited strike groups. once they are gone they are gone.
