    (edited for sooo many reasons)
    Great reaction!
Top 3? No way! Maybe others can, but I couldn't narrow it down to top 30.
Lindsey has published at least one hundred songs, some of which have multiple arrangements. Each song/video contains elements, violin virtuosity, dance, vocals, concept, and appearance(sometimes I like a song just because she looks so pretty) or emotional content to name a few. So, with that many variables and given that she never makes a bad song, it's just impossible.
Kind of a cool origin story for this song. Lindsey was doing a writing session along with a guitarist. He played the driving riff used in the video and she stopped the session and told him that she just had a vision of a western town, where, rather than guns, they use musical instruments as weapons and a bad guy comes to town and the plucky violinist barkeep saves the day. She said the concept, the song and the video all flashed into her mind and then it was just a matter of doing them.
And, do them, she did. In addition to being her most viewed video, it's also one of her more complex. The music is dynamic yet playful. Imagine the storyboard for this, with all the moving parts and scenes. The cinematography and direction are just spot on. Lindsey does all her editing and this video shows just how masterful she is at making the video come alive. And, like all good westerns, the hero(ines) ride off into the sunset. What a storyteller!
As you probably know by now, in addition to being a consummate artist, violin, dance, acting, etc., she's a mite quirky, which most of us agree is one of her most endearing traits.
This video displays that quirkiness in the concept, old west pre-electricity with giant speakers, old West setting and steampunk costuming, including a horn on her (electric) violin. This is a recreation of a real violin, called a Stroh violin, which was an early attempt (circa 1899) to amplify violins, but in this case, it's non functional and merely adds another element of steampunky-ness to the visuals. Another 'easter egg', if you look carefully, are the large steam pipes apparently powering the speakers.
But, here's three-ish 'suggestions' for your consideration.
"Carol of the Bells" off her first Xmas album.

Noteworthy for the arrangement, the visuals and the performance. She filmed this video with an injured back from her DTWS appearance at which at the same time she was on a nationwide tour.
    "Lose you now"
    czcams.com/video/JEexIgFkMjI/video.html
Tribute to the loss of her father and best friend/bandmate Gavi. Remarkable video, bit of a tear jerker.
    String Session w/ Amy Lee
    czcams.com/video/t2N99PZpQ_A/video.html
Noteworthy for it's simplicity and virtuosity. Plus, it has Amy Lee
And, (yes I can count). "Oh, Holy Night"
    czcams.com/video/n3YBq0QWmbU/video.html
Off her second Xmas album. Included because you wanted to hear her sing and this is a great example of that.
    Love your difficulty describing Lindsey. Reminds me of a concert reviewer for some big city newspaper, who knew nothing about her, said upon attending his first Lindsey concert;
"Having never been to a Lindsey Stirling show, I walked into the San Diego Civic Theater on August 31st with, what I can only call in retrospect, ignorance. I’ve heard of her majesty from friends and I’ve heard about her CZcams legacy… never tuned in though. Now that I know everything Lindsey Stirling encapsulates, I feel that I’ve been blind to the coolest club for over a decade."

    2. Roundtable Rival (used to be my ringtone.)
    1. Take Flight

I will suggest you the cover of Imagine Dragons "Radioactive" with Pentatonix and Lindsey Stirling, and "Shatter me" Lindsey Stirling and Lzzy Hale, i think that these are two amazing songs that you can't miss.
