This is one of her earliest videos before she started touring. You should see The Making of Elements video. All the rain was from garden hoses and she cut her feet on the salt flats. Her violin in the rain was a stand in as to not ruin a good one.
She has done nothing but get better every year.
Because this is an early one while she was finding her niche it's no wonder you said she has done better ones.
This is also my opinion but I still lover her early stuff which caused me to fall in love with her talent.

(I wonder if I can get a first responder discount in restaurants?) Anyway, love your work.
I'm so glad you chose this song. This is one of her earliest, and while not as sophisticated as some of her newer stuff, the magic was still there.
When I first saw this, it was among the first I'd seen of hers and I was smitten. Then, I watched her BTS video on this song, and I became enamored. How can someone this young, put out what really is a professional product that stands the test of time, on such a shoestring budget? It's because of her talent, her creativity, her DIY personality and her ability to create something so elegant from commonplace items.
Also striking from the BTS video is, just what a wonderful, simple, kind, warm-hearted girl, who happens to be a genius, she is. Watching her being her, with all the warmth and genius that she is, is one of the reason that I and so many others, are so devoted to her. Probably the most unassuming beauty pageant winner ever.
Up until now, you've seen the 'realized Lindsey, as you go up and down her timeline, you'll come across examples of the 'potential' Lindsey but don't worry, while some videos are less sophisticated than others, they're all amazing. Thanks again.
Here's the BTS video, don't watch it unless you can stand falling in love.

BTW, she re-released this song in a promo deal w/ NBC to promote their show Dracula. While the song is about the elements, it works well as a Dracula promo. Might be more to your liking.

For another of her songs, you don't want to miss Shatter Me with Lzzy Hale from Halestorm. She also did a song for the online game Azur Lane called What You're Made Of.
For another artist to check out, there's Casey Lee Williams. In this 2 part song she was 12-13 years old and sang the Part 2 of the song with her mom, Sandy Casey. Her dad, Jeff Williams is the composer/musician for the song. It was made for an OST. I'd suggest listening to both parts together, even if you don't react to it.
Here's the video I'd suggest since there isn't a live performance of it:

I hope you enjoy both the Lindsey Stirling songs and Casey's.
