I realize the message of this song is "be yourself; you don't have to follow the crowd" but I do want to say that the synchronized choreography is AMAZING and *so sharp!*. Very crisp, clean lines from each dancer.
It doesn't make sense.
Maybe symbolizing that although individuality is important, working together is needed just as much. Both can exist.

I'm just about to graduate high school in just a few weeks, and I've been playing the Violin for 8 years now, and if it wasn't for you, I most likely wouldn't be playing the violin now. You are my inspiration, and my reason for playing. I'm hoping to see you on tour this summer, but I don't know if I will be able to, because of reasons I don't wish to explain. Lindsey always plays live. She has said that she tried "faking" it once and it just looked ridiculous. Because it is way too hard to sync the violin playing to the music. And it looks way too obvious. Lindsey has been playing the violin for *31* years and she added dancing *20.5* years ago. They say to be an expert at something, you need 10,000 hours. Lindsey has 30,000 hours. Every concert and show has been SOLD-OUT. *Would you buy a ticket ($100-$200) to a "fake or bad" show?* Lindsey has 14 million subs, 5 billion views, 132 music videos, hundreds of misc. videos, 6 full albums, 25+ violins, and has toured the world many times.
She doesn't need to fake it. Lindsey Is A Professional.

The last few months I’ve chosen to prioritize myself, and that has lead me to becoming a full time artist. I’ve been in denial that I’m really doing it, afraid to fully accept this new version of me. I've had this exact same experience lately! It took a long time for me to figure out who I am, and just recently I've realized I'm an artist. I love to create, and I wanna share so much with the world too. I have no idea where to start though because I have so many projects built up over time and haven't had the confidence to finish. But thanks to Lindsey I've been inspired again and figuring it out as I go. (Also thanks to inspiration from the art of the spider-verse movies. Lol)

I love how coming off of Eye of the Untold Her and how you were judged there, the warehouse and you being in sync with the dancers represents, to me, how you were being pressured by the music industry to be put into a box and fortunately, you followed your Inner Gold. Which was totally worth it! That's what i took away from the music video and I was happy to make a reaction of it on Instagram 😊

This is exactly what I need right now, idk how you knew.. My health has completely declined & I'm literally living in the dark feeling like I've lost myself again. The dark warehouse, outfits & strict movements are like after you've been trapped in society & people that judge us for everything without even knowing us. When you embraced the golf seeping out & opened the door I felt a surge of inspiration, the light went right into my heart. I love all of the little details!!!!! I notices the books looked like they had days of the week 1:26 , and when I went back to get a closer look, oh boy. 0:47 There are no names, just numbers, so being judged as just another number in the world by others every day of the week. This reflects life so much. And your interactions during the dance with Royal ( hope I got that right) are perfect. You both are doing the same thing of trying to be perfect for society, but when you realize there is more to yourself than you knew, you tried to show someone else. She didn’t understand at first, but left the first seed to help her real, before you left. Gah this whole thing is incredible!❤❤❤
I also forgot to mention the little detail at 2:21 where the date your character breaks free and lets the gold shine out, is also the songs release date! Lindsey you are bloody brilliant and I love it!
And how about 2:42 where her fall and rise create a new arrow? She already saw a few golden arrows before, showing that she's not the only one who went through it. Which is later emphasized by the singer who sees the gold on her too.
My vision of that is, that when you undergo something that's viewed as "abnormal", it's more comforting to know that you're not the only one who underwent it.
I've had moments where I felt like a problem case because I have so much trouble trusting people, while to anyone else it feels like they have faith in anyone in a blink of an eye, which made me believe I was insane. Though it comforted me to know I wasn't the only one thinking like that, and there were some people who'd understand me. A few of those people are still good friends of mine.
It's clear to tell that Lindsey truly has eye for detail, and that's just one of the things I love about her video's. 🖤✨

I watched this video several times, and one of the most famous TV commercials of all time kept coming into my mind. And that was the Apple 1984 Super Bowl Commercial introducing the Macintosh computer to the public. The themes of the TV commercial and Lindsey’s new music video are similar. Both deal with a world of uniform repetition and the beliefs of a single individual in changing all that.
I now got home through the rain and mud. almost got stuck in the mud. Finally listened to the new video. Lindsay is irresistible and beautiful. superb performance.
