LMFAO😭😭😭
I have a MRI on my Foot/ankle next week so I just want to see what I might hear so I am not too scared when the day comes.
i had a knee mri yesterday. it was actually very relaxing i was comfy and had soundproof headphones on with music from my spotify playlist playing in them. i lied still and the 20 minutes went by fast. there was a tv showing countdown of how much longer left in each picture (i had 7 taken) and i watched that most of the time. it was a calm easy experience and if anyone is getting a knee mri don’t be nervous my head was out of the machine so it wasn’t as tight and it was not scary or very loud for me.
Well you’re really lucky, I’m scared to death by all medical machines, luckily i don’t have to do any of this exam currently but I’m trying to beat my fear by seeing a lots of video of this machine In action so if one day I have to do any exam I won’t shit my pants😂
@@matem817 It really depends on your own experience and how the staff handle it. If you are not claustrofobic and are ok with staring at a white ceiling 1 feet from your face, then that's a plus. AND GET PROPER HEARING PROTECTION! Ask what they will give you and put them in good. Take earplugs and a protective headset with you.
@@belgiantheorizer2145 the thing is that i'm scared of all medical macine, i feel realy anxius when i see one, this year i need to to an operation and in the exam list there was an x-ray exam, i hoped with all my heart that i woudn't have to do it, and furtunly i didnt have, but you can immagine if just reading a word make me anxius, what a macine like that can make me feal
@@matem817 Then the only question i can ask is: why? Because this is a fear that a lot of people don't have.
@@belgiantheorizer2145 idk they just scare me, is a fear that I have since I was a child, maybe becose I was put in an incubator or how is called because I couldn’t breath well, maybe that was the couse, but I really don’t know
With earplugs, I found my mri so fascinating. Wasn't unpleasant, the beats sort of felt trance-inducing
The coldehead sounds like the star trek door effect
thanks so much !!
Yes another mri video ♥
Love it
How about pelvic mri next time please?
These vids r relaxing for some reason lol. I drift off while watching. Keep up the good work
I had an MRI scan of my wrist yesterday, and I nodded off a couple of times during. It really was relaxing. Now I am binge watching MRI audio videos...
also, i apologize you were a little nervous to make this video, but thanks for managing to be able to handle my request ! i'm glad you found this particular coil and were able to find time to record the exam. thanks again, i'm continuing to support this channel.
Very nice request 😁
can u please do an asmr for this one's coldhead? has more bass than the other one u filmed
I had a knee MRI and I got to listen to Sirius XM
I was happy
Amazing ✨ ♥
nice sound
Nice sound MRI
I am 77 and about to have my first MRI, no date yet. I am very claustrophobic and therefore very apprehensive about the procedure. Preparation and knowing what to expect will help me greatly. This sound recording has already lowered my anxiety level. I will practise listening for 30 minutes, lying still and breathing deeply, trying to reproduce the experience I will have when the date comes. I can't thank you enough.
I am 16 and had my first MRI on December 15th for my right knee. I found the machine VERY weird when I first saw it, but once I was actually in it and had my eyes shut while the loud noises were playing, I found it to be very relaxing. I thought of that time inside the machine as a 20 to 30 minute cat nap.
They will almost always give you ear protection before the exam, so the sounds coming from the machine during the exam will be significantly quieter than without. It's a *very* good thing, in my honest opinion, that you're taking this time *before* your MRI visit to practice the feeling of being inside one, as you might not feel as claustrophobic when the day comes.
@@titanusvoidearthghidorah8039 Thank you very much for your replies and support. I am feeling less anxious about the test. I hope that I can find the time inside the machine feels like a cat nap, as you did. I hope your results were helpful for your issue with your right knee. Thanks again.
@@kathyirwin9236 They did help, and everything was basically intact. Maybe you will find it like a cat nap like I did, but it could vary from person to person.
@kathyirwin9236 And plus, the radiologists usually try to comfort you a bit too so you won't be as scared.
I like the beep sound at 25:09
Why is the liquid helium pump seemingly louder here? Different model scanner?
I am going to get a mrI later today
I have to get this MRI done for my left leg because my pinky toe is informed I'm a little bit scared but not as scared when they fully put me inside I had to do that many times and I was scared because of the noises I heard I hope I can do this without any troubles or worries
I've had a knee MRI before and now I need surgery again

The reason why I had a MRI I had 3 stroke's. Thank God for keeping me
Going for a knee mri tomorrow I’m very anxious and nervous about it and a little costro ( scared of small spaces)
Hi
what model and year is this scanner
I couldn’t tell you the exact year off of the top of my head but this is a GE LCC Twinspeed with 15x level hardware/software, so magnet was most likely manufactured between 2011 and 2016
@@MRIPETCTSupportEngineer I did some research and I think its from the early to mid 2000's
@@damiancameron3614 I wouldn’t doubt that. It’s definitely in the range. This particular magnet just came off of a 5 year contract with GE less than a year ago so that’s where I took my estimation from. I guess the easiest way would be to check the magnet serial number but this site is pretty far :/. You’re probably right. I can check the next time I travel to that site if you are still curious
