Lately I've been loving buffalo chicken so I'll definitely try this out. I make Chicken Teriyaki burgers with coleslaw, highly recommend! You can add Pineapple for a Hawaiianesque touch. Its so good and so quick to make. For Kodiak I add an egg to help with the texture. That being said, the Poppy Seed flavor doesnt have the same texture as the original/buttermilk flavors, so I find I dont need to add the egg. Just a suggestion in case you want to give them another try :) ...Almond Poppy Seed is by far my favorite!

If you choose to cook it on a medium-high/high heat then flip your chicken often. I’m absolutely not coming for you so please don’t @ me! Loved the food. Rachel Del Rio I live on my own so I hear you - i had the same problem. What helped me a lot is planning my meals ahead - I will try to figure out what I’m going to have for the next week or two and then I’ll order my groceries online. Moving forward I think I’ll stop ordering the fruits and veggies online because by the time I get my order the expiry date will be so short that most of the produce will go bad. I’ll make a separate trip to the local grocery store to pick up fruits and veggies - but only those that I’ll actually use in my cooking/in the smoothies etc. I would also order online stuff like almond milk, canned chickpeas/tomatoes etc, sauces, pasta, rice - basically anything that is quite heavy and anything that I can store in my pantry.

So I count macros and weigh in grams because it is more accurate. I’ve lost 16 pounds but I need to lose an additional 40 pounds. Can you make a video of meals with high protein very low carb. I eat 150g of protein and 58g carbs. I’m running out of ideas! Please help!
If you work out as soon as you wake up, do you do your skincare before or after a workout? Im guessing after. I’m always confused about when to do morning skincare 🤷🏽♀️I’m usually an afternoon work out person so I just do my skincare as soon as I get up, I’m also a night time shower person as I feel more relaxed that way, so therefore after a workout/walk it’ll be a few hours until I go to shower, just because once I come back from a workout I have things to do, clean and cook etc. (for me my workout has just been going for walks as for us here in Melbourne, Australia right now all of our gyms and such are closed) the only reason I don’t do a workout straight after I wake up is because I’m an insomniac and don’t go to sleep until 4am 😂so this girl is too tired to wake up early for a workout.

There’s a restaurant near me that does siraccha chicken over Mac n cheese and cut up potatoes 🥰🥰🥰 so good. And can be made healthy calorie friendly.
