Mam kya om ka agar mai ucharan lagatar 1saal ya longterm tak kar liya like 10yrs to kya isse karne se moksh ki prapti ho jati h kya kyuki bahut logo ka kehna h but iska Mai karne k baad moksh ka outcomes nhi chahta hu. Plz tell mam as soon as Possible.

agar pregnancy ke liye try kar rahe hain to doctor ko dikhaiye, test karaiye.

baat advance ya beginner ki nahi hai, consistency (
स्थिरता) ki hai. jo log lagatar yog aur diet manage karte hai unhi ko result dikhta hai. hafte mai ek din advance yoga karne se wajan kam nahi yoga, wahi agar rojana beginner level karte ho to jarur hoga.
