In this video titled EU4 - What if Every Religion Was a Nation in 1444? we take a look at what would happen if every religion was a nation in 1444 / what if every religion was a nation at the start of EU4. In this video I made every single religion into one single nation, basically I gave every province that has a certain faith into one nation. This has been my most requested video by far so I hope you guys enjoy it. Some nations that are featured in this video include Byzantium, The Papal States, France, The Ottomans, Brandenburg, Sweden, England, Persia, Bharat, Siam, Japan and more! As you can probably guess this scenario resulted in some pretty funny shenanigans. Obviously you would expect that the nations with the richest faiths or highest developed provinces would dominate, but did it really turn out that way? This whole run was controlled by the AI only without my interference and it yielded some pretty interesting results to be honest. So, after watching this video you will know what would happen if every religion was a nation in 1444 in Europa Universalis 4. What is the next "What if" scenario that I should do? Leave a comment below! The save file is available for all Tier 1 and above CZcams members in the save-games Discord channel.

About the Ottomans not taking Yazd, Oman and the other smaller countries, it isn't that surprising tbh. None of those countries are a real threat to them, so it'd be more imperative to focus on the enemies who are a real threat that the tiny lil enclaves. Pretty sure this is the reason many enclaves exist irl, like the two in South Africa.
