    Never ideal to do it without removing the head but sometimes it works . I have cut that part of the head gasket out and made a gasket then thrown 2 dabs of RTV and that has worked for me a few times but I work on mostly my own stuff and would not recommend it but I'd do it again . I'm definitely going to be looking into that sealant .thanks for the vid👍

    Were you able to fully remove the pan that way? Did you have to unbolt pickup tube with the pan on?

    Does that truck have a lift? I need to do this but mine is stock ride height.

      It has a stock height front subframe. It will work with your truck.

    That thing is going to leak. Lol. I would put some gray silicone, and put a thicker bead

      Gray silicone can not compare to the seal that Toyota FIPG provides. Just based on my experience. And I highly doubt it will leak any time in the next couple of decades. 😉

      @@AdventureTEQ Let's hope so. You should see ford's grey silicone. That thing is like JB weld. Lol
