The design makes this AC a possible alternative to ductless DYI systems. It works great. The remote control could be more visual aid oriented like a backligh design. Is impossible to see the lcd at least for me. Easy install czcams.com/users/postUgkx_hHgTlzH3uk31Fe2RVS3xEbXHGaN_z5Tation. Came on time . Great comfort around the house 5 🌟 again. Follow mfg instructions for care and all and this should be the only AC you need for those of is that don't live in new homes with central AC
Yes this is a key proposition about models CR2500ACH. CR5000ACH, CR10000ACH. They install / connect with 2 ducts (air intake, air outflow) from the outside. Out of sight, out of the way. Good for unconventional or unique cooling/heating needs.
Do you believe it could be "vented" into the bathroom exhaust, or maybe just positioned in the bathroom door to cool the bedroom but exhaust its heat into the bathroom with the bathroom fan running?
Actually David you are incorrect. It would seem you don't understand that this unit does not function in the same way as typical portable AC units. The Ducting (Supply and Return) or "hoses" through the wall carry the inside air to and from the conditioning unit which is intended to remain outside. Those covers are cosmetic trim intended to be on the interior wall.
Should have used a seriously long pilot drill to go straight through exterior and interior walls thus doing away with any chance of miss measuring and the like... only then following up with that 4'' hole saw...
What size drill bit saw is required for a 5 1/8" outside diameter exhaust hose? Shoulds like an obvious question, but doe they make 5 1/8" drill bit saws?
Bizarre video! It said to mark diagonally for two lots of holes but only shows how to do one of them, then the instruction says use Flat head screws and he proceeds to use Phillips head screws 🤣
Wtf! I was so excited to buy the unit but then This video got me scratching my head. Now I’m stuck with all these questions in my head and probably won’t buy the unit.
huh? You know, I'm not some proud flag waving, "I'm better than you" American, but I've never understood the concept of being a complete dick to a mass group of people. It just makes zero fucking sense.

wow, what a video. So are they installing the ac unit outside of the house as to vent inside the house and warm up the interior room? 😂

they have models which cool and heat and dehumidify. This unit operates opposite from standard portables which are placed inside the building.
Michael S 😂 I was thinking the same thing.
I noticed that also, ass backwards installation

So professional, seeing how they have the hose on the outside and the exterior vent cover on the inside! WTF
