Looks like it’s a great quality very well built roof top tent . Only reputable companies would risk sending you their gear that they know does exactly what it was designed to do because you don’t tell us bullshit , you test the gear over many months before you give it the your honest opinion . It’s gotta work as it’s supposed too , it’s gotta be practical and reliable for everyone to be able to use before you give it your tick ✅ of approval . This is what we’ve come to expect from ya , that’s why we subscribe to your channel.

Good stuff least the new one got midgee mesh, I got the black series but it hasn’t been an issue yet but I havnt been beside salt creek yet , all good I’ve had no other issues yet either go bush company 👍🏻

I got the Black series because I didn't want or need the extra material/weight/bulk in the Alpha. This is IT! Alpha lite?? All the Alpha qualities in a single skin canvas. 👍
So i need a ute to collect it, an a forklift to lift it... copy that...😅

When did it turn up? I rang bush company 2 weeks ago and was told none are available and deposits are being taken for august delivery and im a paying customer.
The bush company mentioned new products coming September last year mate so I’d say this tent was allocated for promotion 👍🏼 I’ve ordered a 180 awning and Ive been on the waiting list since September also mate. There products are well worth the wait.
It’s a delta, there is some stock around off the shelf, it doesn’t have the wait compared to the alpha. Main differences between the alpha and delta is single layer canvas vs double, doesn’t open quite as far, smaller rain annex and 3 internal pockets rather then 6

It is beautiful tent however to expensive for my blood.
They are pricey mate but something like this would last a life time of camping.

Thing just rocked up on my door mate... my videos are all 100% honest.
Still trying to figure out why 99% of hard roof clamshell tents are end opening and not side opening when 1 of the best camping accessories is the 270 awning.... Yes I am aware you can get in the side even though it's end opening, that's obviously inferior and it only takes 1 night of rain to show why.... 270 awning and roof top tent is the perfect combo but why are they made to fight each other and not go with each other, I can't see any negatives only positives and it would be good if someone with more of a following would join that opinion and we might get manufacturers willing to try something new instead of all copying each other, and I'm not saying bush company are bad I reckon they make some of the best stuff out
There’s a bunch of side opening tents mate ? The issue I run into with my vehicle is because the Canopys so wide and most tents are made for smaller dual cabs my ladder won’t touch the tent from the side so I need to access it from the back. And unfortunately then my 270 doesn’t work so I’m going to a new style of awning. I understand what you’re saying but the simplicity of the clam shell for setup just works I believe. 👍🏼
Plenty of side opening but only 2 decent hard shell, the clamshell is the easiest design and probably why everyone is doing one, just why all end opening there'd be easily double figures of that style, why can't someone do one side opening, all it would take is move the struts around and redesign the tent material.... Yeah get that some canopies are wider than the tents but couldn't you just position it to 1 side not centred so ladder doesn't hit
Seen as They give you a new one doesn't it seem fare you give the old one away . Just saying.
Old tent is going on the land cruiser when i find one mate. Plus I wouldn’t give away a damaged product, my current tent on the f250 I hit into the carport on accident so it has some damage on the front hinges.
