Oh man I have three under five and quarantine is not an option as they share a room. When one is coughing so loudly (or puking) we split them up but we live in an apartment so real division is hard! I seriously recommend post illness treatment. Air out your home, yes even in winter, change bedding and antibacterial wipe everything! Both my older two are in preschool and man it is nonstop illness but I found that kids multivitamins and making them wash their hand when they get back from school also helps. 👍🏻 Great job as always!

Vicks makes these shower tabs so when I’m sick or congested i put one of the steam shower tabs in my shower and just sit in the steam and relax helps so much it even helped my cat when he got some kind of cat cold at the initial terror of thinking he was going to get a bath he fell in love with it and would wait in the bathroom for his steam session 🥰

My little nugget is 2 months old and on his second cold of his life 😭 this video was deff much needed!!
My baby got sick so often since starting at daycare when he’s 5 months old (he’s 7 months now). And every time he got better, I would get whatever he had. He’s breastfed and I feel like he recovered so much faster than I do.
I even got pink eye a week after he had it! So sad and uncomfortable!
Am I missing something with the Nose Frida? Everyone raves about it, but it has never worked for me and I've tried every trick I've heard. I definitely prefer saline drops and a bulb syringe.

You won’t believe BUT I was just looking into the flu season this year! It’s scaring the heck out of me! We don’t want any sick kid or adults in the house! These tips are going to help big time! I love Automatic nasal aspirator! It’s has the great suction you get everything out in a second! Life saver! Kids are the cutest care takers better than adults!! I have 3 kids under 4 & they’re all sick😭
Now that my daughter is 1yr old I give her the zarbees couch syrup which it helps her get out the mucus and she sleeps better at night when she is sick.
