If does have to drink that much water make sure that he gets sodium in his body also known as salt. Notice drinking water is good for your body but drinking to much is bad for your brain. Do one week, and one month is easy. Do one month, and one year is easy. Do one year, no reason you can't do 10. Best of luck Danny, keep your head straight, you got this! And Joe, you should consider creating a non profit proper charity operation to expand this to help more ex-cons. Just make it conditional that people you help have to help someone else down the road in the contract. This way you will also be able to apply for grants and funding from state and federal government. The work you're doing may look amateur hour from the outside, but you're really making a difference man.
This should be on the national news, this whole thing that y'all are doing, gives me hope in humanity again, this is how we should treat eachother , helping someone that needs it more than yourself, this is an example of how it should be, and to see how grateful Danny is for all of this it's absolutely amazing!! thing i love about Danny is most people would be bitching and complaining about blisters and being tired from working but then there's Danny wearing those blisters proud he's got the drive to succeed this whole story should be shown at all halfway houses to show people they can come back after prison and to show the staff how to do their job by giving the people the resoursces they need to get back on track

I live in San Antonio Texas and my father owns a company and I’m so proud to say that my father has helped a couple people like Danny even illegal people and I know that, that is against the law but my father puts that aside and helps other people because he knows not everyone is as privileged, I hope Danny gets the best of blessings man.

How did you guys quit? Did you use anything like the gum or medication? What did you do when you when you wanted to have one? I want to quit. I’ve never had a “nic fit” as the call it. I just have behavioral habits like I ate so now it’s time to smoke or I’m on the phone so it’s time to smoke.
Vape bro, I switched to vaping 4 months ago after 5 years of smoking a apck a day, It is totally worth it. At first use e-liquids with like 10mg of nicotine in it, then slowly lower it to 0 :)
Watching Joe help Danny to order on the touch screen at McDonald’s made me emotional. It made me realise just how much changed when you’re away for such a long time. Hang in there with the quit smoking. My late wife of 46 years just couldn't quit and cancer took her life. While in the Army for twenty years I was drinking quite a bit. I was an officer, so I attended many events where drinking was the thing. A salute to the president, then a salute to so and so, and then I think we even saluted the guys that carried the trash out. On day I decided I had enough, and asked my wife to quit smoking, and I would quit drinking. Her immediate reaction was, you got a deal. Then after a few minutes she said, wait a minute you would quit just to deprive me of something I like. I quit that day and never had another drink and that was 44 years ago. My dad was an alcoholic and his drinking cost us kids a childhood. The state came in a took us for 9 years, until I had enough and joined the US Army for twenty years. Please try and quit and it will save your life and the people that care about you will help. I enjoy your videos, even though I was also a CO at a prison in CA, a CO at a county jail, then a police officer for eleven more years so I have seen it all. Take care ..Ken in CA.

Get smart, but don’t believe the schools, collage is a waste of money, money better used to start ones own business.

I live in San Antonio Texas and my father owns a company and I’m so proud to say that my father has helped a couple people like Danny even illegal people and I know that, that is against the law but my father puts that aside and helps other people because he knows not everyone is as privileged, I hope Danny gets the best of blessings man.

I want to quit. I’ve never had a “nic fit” as the call it. I just have behavioral habits like I ate so now it’s time to smoke or I’m on the phone so it’s time to smoke.
Vape bro, I switched to vaping 4 months ago after 5 years of smoking a apck a day, It is totally worth it.
At first use e-liquids with like 10mg of nicotine in it, then slowly lower it to 0 :)
Watching Joe help Danny to order on the touch screen at McDonald’s made me emotional. It made me realise just how much changed when you’re away for such a long time. You’re doing such an amazing thing Joe, I have so much respect for you, there are very little people who are willing to help but you have such a big heart!

Hang in there with the quit smoking. My late wife of 46 years just couldn't quit and cancer took her life. While in the Army for twenty years I was drinking quite a bit. I was an officer, so I attended many events where drinking was the thing. A salute to the president, then a salute to so and so, and then I think we even saluted the guys that carried the trash out. On day I decided I had enough, and asked my wife to quit smoking, and I would quit drinking. Her immediate reaction was, you got a deal. Then after a few minutes she said, wait a minute you would quit just to deprive me of something I like. I quit that day and never had another drink and that was 44 years ago. My dad was an alcoholic and his drinking cost us kids a childhood. The state came in a took us for 9 years, until I had enough and joined the US Army for twenty years. Please try and quit and it will save your life and the people that care about you will help. I enjoy your videos, even though I was also a CO at a prison in CA, a CO at a county jail, then a police officer for eleven more years so I have seen it all. Take care ..Ken in CA.

Just found your page yesterday. Been binging on it since. Love what you're doing to help guys like Danny. Keep up the outstanding work brother. I know this is an older video, but that's awesome cutting back that much on smoking. I smoke almost 3 packs a day, and I've cut to less than half a pack.
