New 3D Mario Game (Tentative title Super Mario Journey), new Donkey Kong 3D platformer first since DK64, Metroid Prime 4 (Could be cross-gen), A bigger and better Fire Emblem title that combines Engage's new weapon triangle combat and has more LoZ style Adventure related mechanics between chapters, Golden Sun 4 eventually, Luigi's Mansion 4 eventurally, Pikmin 5 eventually, new Kid Icarus game, new Star Fox game, a "The Last Story" remake, an open world Kirby game, Xenoblade Chronicles 4 eventually, and last but not least a another open world Legend of Zelda title that creates a brand new world and a brand new engine.
As for 3rd party games, more Dragon Quest stuff is a given; especially DQ XII, but an Octopath Traveler 3, more Final Fantasy stuff ported, a Chrono Trigger 4K2D remake, a Xenogears remake, Mega Man 12, Mega Man X9, Mega Man Legends 3, Mega Man ZXA sequel, and Mega Man Battle Network 7 all look like fantastic ideas.

Hell yeah same here although I'm not Zelda fanboy. I still appreciated *Wind Waker HD* since that didn't get ported from Wii U to Switch I hope it gets Switch 2 port and Zombii U, "Nintendo Land".
And I hope Mii's are still relevant and their own games needs to be made, like Tomadachi Life 2, Miitopia sequel, and Mii on Mario Kart 10 needs to be back!

Dev times don't have to become longer and more complex. Devs can have less budgets and be made smaller and be more creative and passion projects.

I love how they made defective controllers to bridge the gap of hardware prices to force you all to pay what they should have and even downgraded game concepts like Zelda to save on money even further etc. Doesn't take much to understand what really happened but fan boy is one hell of a D(blank)
I think the expectation of length of games this generation is too big. Id much rather a studio pump out well polished 7hour long games once every 5 years with plenty of replayablility. 40-50 hours per game is just too long imo

Over the past several years the Indie market, indie games have really shot up and popularity. Many have come out and some are really good games
We even have a special direct just for indie games.
Those kind of games are sometimes smaller . Not as big graphically..but fun. Most times .
Most common games are kind of taken over the spotlight.. because the big 1rst party games are taking Sooo long to make.. .
Sure big open world big graphic games are great SOMETIMES .but do we need them to be. ..
Can Nintendo start making smaller games. Smaller games that people want. ..that don't need a lot of $$$ and time to make .???

It is not going to be “a much more powerful console” if the leaks are accurate. The power difference is insignificant when compared to the PS5 and Xbox Series X, which is why it boggles my mind that anyone is ok with it. Especially when Sony has a more powerful version of the PS5 coming out soon.
I like many of Nintendo’s games, but they clearly don’t care about power anymore. They just care about gimmicks that are not appealing to me.

I want Nintendo to do 'Nintendo things" like they used to. Bring back a heavy mii focus,bring back themes and folders fully like the 3ds did. We don't want 5 massive games only. I want Nintendo to stay Nintendo and not try to chase Xbox and sony. Hell look at the switch...in the last yr of the switch it still has way more 1st party titles then Sony and Xbox .
