- Für Elise - the most famous classical piece by Beethoven, arranged for Piano & Orchestra.
This is the world premiere of the first ever known version of Für Elise by Beethoven for piano and symphony orchestra. While the piano part remains the same as the original, the orchestra adds colors to the overall mood, so the piece sounds even more deep, relaxing and magical. I really hope you really like and enjoy this music!

Beethoven is
Beautiful. This tune was in a jewellery box my Father gave me as a little girl. I am 61. Both are long gone, but the music remains in my heart and soul.

This is probably the best version of Fur Elise that I’ve ever heard
Thank you!
See i love when its played slower everyone always plays it so fast
Yes, because of the orchestra :)
YEsSss. I always play it a little bit slower. It giver the piece more expression and drama.
Listen to Lang Lang’s interpretation it is the best
In my opinion, I feel like how it was played here it’s a tad tiny bit too slow for me, doesn’t make it bad it’s still good but I would’ve liked it a bit faster on some parts, just a tiny bit

They have to have pretty good timing to be honest. I'd get distracted and forget I had to strike it.
Fur Elise is phenomenal and the most dedicated pianist I've ever seen so far.
It breaks my heart that Beethoven would not be able to hear his own beautiful work. That he could still hear it in his head makes him a truly one-of-a-kind composer
When he wrote this song, he could still hear, but of course he was kinda deaf.
@@Whatismypurpose even after deafness he could sense the vibrations of the room somewhat but most importantly the piano itself! its, its own kind of hearing!
The pieces he didn't could here were sonata 28,29,30,31,32; bagatelles op 126 symphony 5 to 9 and last string quartets.
So true, to the 4th comment, well, symphony 5 to 9 are pretty big ones lol to be deaf

i've taken up piano at age 62,and am learning the simplest version of this...slowly. i hope i have enough years ahead of me to get half this good.
you can tell that the pianist puts what he has into playing this piece, and then with the orchestra adding into it...its like one big soul that's playing it. But its also like the pianist is the one that is directing the music, if he goes faster everyone else does too, if he goes softer they have to too. they're not just playing black dots on a paper, they're playing music. putting all they have into it. its so beautiful. I would pay a good bit of money to go and see this in person!
yep lol it kinda seems like hes trying to picture the music in his head
Emma Daniels I would hope, though, that the conductor and not the pianist defines the tempo ;).

It's actually not the way it's supposed to be played, but it's my favorite interpretation, and probably the way I'd interpret it if I knew how to play this piece. (still an amateur)

My most favorite version of Fur Elise❤. You showed the soul of this piece. Most pianists play it as fast as they can and forget there's a soul of this masterpiece. Thank you for playing Fur Elise right❤😊🎉🎉🎉
Some people play this too fast. This is exactly what I need, slow and relaxing and not sounding too jumpy and WAY TOO joyful (When played fast)

The slower this song is played the better
I love that this pianist and the orchestra play this piece at *human* speed - slow and romantic, giddy and fast, slow and breathtaking, then a restless pulse of unease, furtively dancing back into the main mode, slower, and ending with a sense of unfulfilled longing. Most times, Fur Elise is played WAY too fast, too rote, too much like a piano roll or a computer. You gotta slow it down to feel the emotion, the longing, and if it’s played too fast, the faster parts of this song sound like a blur of notes instead giddiness and heart-flutter.
Ikr. If he played it at that speed, the concert would be over in seconds. But didn't Beethoven play it at a fast speed?

Christopher Piano
Exactly. I hate when people say “Für Elise is so easy to play” or when people say “piano is so easy to play”. Für Elise is a difficult piece, not because of the notes, but because of the way you have to play it and the emotion you must put into the song, just like what this pianist did. People that say that are obviously very naïve when it comes to piano and probably don’t put any emotion into it. I have about 5 years of piano experience and even now, I still consider Für Elise a difficult song and not good for beginners.
@@VFG204 I agree with you, a lot of songs that people play sound so emotionless, if people play like that, like this man, that's what you could call a virtuoso, not someone who doesn't feel something like '' what would beethoven feel? '' and they don't play normal speed the real speed, the real speed is based on your emotions on what you feel in your heart.
I hate those people who play it like they’re just playing it, they don’t feel the emotions or anything like that and they look like a robot.
@@VFG204 You must not put emotions in this peace as a pianist. If you play it right the emotions comes alone with the sound of the music.
@@Baloo1609
That's contradictory. First of all, it's "piece", and second of all, you said "as long as you play it right, the emotions from the song will play", and guess what, playing it correctly means putting emotion into it. You are definitely very ignorant.
