Hey brother good morning! I’m looking to relocate my family of 5 to this part of Florida from Palm Beach County. That being said, there are some things about having an Aldi nearby (which is much more affordable than Publix even though we still love Pub) and a Costco for big box purchases that also helps the family get a better bang for buck.. naturally with a population growth these things are more than likely going to eventually make their way to every part of Florida. Have you heard it being a possibility in Vero in the near future & the second part to my question is their a more “progressive” part of Vero where there’s a palpable expectation of future growth/expansion? As far as Vero Beach having an Aldi there hasn't been specific information about an Aldis coming to Vero Beach. However, I do know that Aldi bought Winn-Dixie and the deal is expected to close sometime this year. I am unsure what that means for our Win-Dixie here in Vero Beach right now.
I know what you mean though. When we make the occasional trip to Ft. Pierce, we stop by Aldi. For our bulk shopping, we hit Sam's Club! No Costco yet.
For the second part of your question, Vero Beach is experiencing growth Currently. There are some communities both new and old in great locations that are expecting some great things to come!

Hello. Where about in Vero Beach where the power grid with the hospital if I were to buy a home? I know you said off Rt 66 but can you be a little more specific please and thank you. Great video! I think I would rent an Airbb 1st to see if I like the area.

Hello! I'm glad you enjoyed the video. If you're looking for a home near the power grid with the hospital in Vero Beach, you'll want to consider areas near Indian River Medical! This area is conveniently located off Route 60 and close to the hospital. Renting an Airbnb first is a great idea to get a feel for the area before making a more permanent decision. Also make sure its not in city limits. They are not alowing short term rentals less than 6 months. As of right now. If you have any more questions or need further assistance, feel free to ask!
