If there's anything I learned from all the videos by Hikaru I watched recently, it's that the winning tactics is usually something like: here, here, here, here, here, here, here, check, check, here, and that's mate. Tubbo just needs to learn this and then he got the Pogchamps.

Just something I notice while watching, and this is pertaining to 11:47
Tubbo should have moved knight c7, which puts pressure on black to protect their rook on a8 and their bishop on a6. Seeing how as tubbo's bishop on f4 protects his rook on d7, his rook is well guarded. From there he could move rook d6, followed by rook b6, and finally rook a6 to kill the bishop. Black would retaliate with rook a6 to kill tubbo's rook, however tubbo's knight on c7 would then move to a6. In this scenario, tubbo loses one rook, black loses a rook and a bishop which puts tubbo at an advantage. Only way black prevents the loss of both a rook and a bishop is when tubbo moves knight c7 for black to move bishop b7 to defend the rook. But even then, tubbo gets to trade a knight for a rook, which is advantages.

Tubbo could have moved his knight from c3 to c5. And taken Blacks Knight at D7. As Black wouldn't be able to move its knight as it would be a check. Then Black could choose to move its Bishop to take Whites Knight but then Rook at D1 can retake that spot making it another check. Meanwhile also planning for his Bishop at E3 to move to C5 and take either pawns.
This is at 8:37 Correct me if I am wrong
Or he could use his rook to take Blacks remaining bishop if Black doesn't move their rook at G8
If Black Rooks move from A8 to A6 Tubbos knight at C5 would still be able to take and then he could transition over to Blacks Bishop at D8
