Finally a Pinterest house that's actually built and not just a render.
😄
😂😂
I will watch it when it is completed fully furnished
😂😂
The mechanical room is the most amazing thing I've ever seen in a home. I can't believe the use of stainless in there. Just jaw dropping.
execept washing dog next to that air circulation unit with electronics...
Americans put this in their RVs.
what does stainless pipes do tho?
16:27 single best presentation I've ever seen 😄😄
Fr
dude's pull up game was on point
The music have been giving a Chris Heria vibe from the very beginning, more so now.
LMAO BRO THINK HE FINAL BOSS 💀💀💀💀
Rumors say bro still doing pull-ups to this day
I appreciate that you explain your design choices and materials using precise reasoning and language. Thank you. I learned from you and expanded my understanding. This is so much more instructive than home videos where they only use superlatives or exclaim that it is awesome or beautiful. Well done.
Thank you! Invaluable feedback!
Looking at this video seated on my room in England in a house that probably is 1000 years old with the rent incredibly expensive and has mould and the floor is not even leveled makes me cry.
same. exactly the same.
your country developed early and thats the price you pay
we were in huts when your forefathers lived in luxury.
True. But I am from Italy 😂
In 50 years your 1000 years old house will still stands, but this modern box probably not. Mark my words.
Don't cry, vote.
The mechanical room is GENIUS! Wow!
The effects of curiosity, critical thinking and creativity. The architects did well 🔥
Just one comment to add, the units of measure should be given in the metric system. I don’t understand why talking in acres and square foot when the vast majority of the world uses square meters, hectares, etc. or at leasr provide them in both.
Kind a true. Just do both 🤷🏻♂️
It`s a shitty house. The architect is a moron.
Scandinavia is super dark year round. This was shot during the 2 hours of sunlight they have. The built a black house in the dark. It`s super depressing. There is a reason Scandinavians use bright colors traditionally.
The house is also with a flat roof. It`s gonna get super leaky and moldy. There is a reason snowy rainy places like Scandinavia use steep roofs. The French windows are also super prone to water.
In addition all those fancy doors means that you can`t enter your house during a power shortage or when you don`t have phone battery and if it breaks you need to find the subcontractor from Poland to fix it.
The house is crap but it`s presented as modern and cool to people who don`t work in construction and think of these problems.
This house is amazing all the way from South Africa 🌍❤
If had money…I’m most definitely going to the architect
One of the best explained house tour on youtube. You guys covered the whole house perfectly, the detailed explanation was concise, on point and insightful. The visual pointers, using the house map, complemented your explanation and where you currently were in the house which made it easier to understand the concept. I never once lost focus at any point in your video, that's how good it was.You EARNED a subscriber!
Well they didnt? What happens if the electricity turns of and you got your car parked behind the fence? Why is there snow directly in front of the door?
The car goes really well with the house
What a stunning modern masterpiece! Every detail has been carefully thought out, both structurally and aesthetically. I would love to live in this beautiful house.
Thank you! 🫶🏼
I guess you love mold and leaky houses that are black in the dark. It`s shit!
There's nothing stunning about it. Houses built 100 years ago are way beyond this ugly thing.
@@TheLondonCyclist I hate people who romanticize old bs. A well built house is a well built house and this is definitely well built. Features like this would never be found in a 100 year old house.
That fence is awesome.
Accident waiting to happen when someone drives before its completely down
@@JarleXXX Yeah i was thinking the same 😂
i believe it has some sort of motion sensors
@@qrx.4596 how does that help if the driver presses the accelerator pedal before the gate is completely down 😂
@@JarleXXX I was also thinking how often does it need to be cleaned out?
I can't wait to see the final product! This is such an exciting house design even in its uncompleted state
I love this commercial building
OMG I love this house with its minimalistic and strategic design....
Great job for such young Architects!
This house is like an extended essay in materials. Thoughtful. Playful. Beautiful.
Impressive attention to detail, and the tour was very technical -- really good! Most tours are just faffing about feelings and emotions. Glad you left that out.
This is truly an amazing house … I love the gates it was a brilliant idea
Wow 😮 this is one of the best houses I’ve seen online ,I’ve got no words to quantify how good it looks or should feel ,Great project and minds at work
THANK YOU for handsomely addressing the car park, and THANK YOU for addressing how one gets inside the house! File this home under, "suitable for real life."
Fantastic design!!!!! My god!!!! 😍😍😍😍
Also, i am so happy CZcams recommended your video. Im definitely hiring you guys to design my future house in Australia.
An unexpectedly informative video. The style did not immediately convey the detailed awareness of the architects, but they certainly were detailed.
This is freakin' brilliant. Bravo guys!
From an engineer to an architect. Very nice Andrus. -from Lubbock Texas.
Beautiful, state-of-the-art, professional building.
Wow so beautiful that i can hardly hold my tears. The soothing voice of the architect is sublime that i can fall asleep.
it's AI

woah, dream home right there! Well executed on design, creativity and functionality!
Bravo. Love everything about your beautiful design!
I Barely have words! Absolutely outstanding!
Thank you! Much appreciated 🫶🏼
Excellent video - I really enjoyed the detailed information about everything as well as the thought process and solutions the design reflects - a work of art down to the last detail like the beautiful craftsmanship of the pipes in the utility room - very cool thanks for sharing this with us 👍
Very valuable feedback for us. Thank you!
@@ZROBIMint.Where is this house, which country or city? I can't speak your language I'm sorry
Even though this house does seem to be very comfortable, I much prefer classic architecture.
This looks fire. The perfect house for a modern day like this❤.
I've been dreaming this house forever
Wow!! Charming and cozy! Just like living in a futuristic norweigan morgue!
...cozy?
LMAO!😅
Lame and ghey
Pardon "morgue" ?
@@peakreactivesr3504 I’m sorry. My mistake. I meant futuristic Norwegian funeral home.
Well done...well done, can't wait to see it finished inside!
Love how you guys explain and introduce the design vs functions of that beautiful modern house - I would dream about having such a great design one in Thailand, must be wonderful, Cheers! 😍
Wow what a beautiful project
This house is the true definition of modern elegance. Wow! I don't think I've ever seen such attention to detail in mechanical rooms. 😳Personally, I'd keep the sauna/jacuzzi indoors and move the pool outside. Aside from the cost of treating water evaporation, condensation, humidity etc., that's just waaaay too much water indoors ... and water is no respecter of persons. It might take a year, 10 years, maybe even 20 years, but some day in the future, that water will become a headache of epic proportions. 🤦🏾♂Other than that, I love, love, LOVE, the house!✅
An entire 8 mins describing a driveway is beyond me
You just saved me 8 mins bro 😂
12min in guys still outside lol
who the f starts with a bloody fence?
It's not even a driveway. It's a tiny spot for one large car, with concrete slabs everywhere.
Exactly. Ur the first of many comments to mention. I thought it would be first, lol. Is this a fence tour or house tour? Also, this seems like an AI presentation.
WOW....just amazing. Outstanding Design
Such a beautiful desing for a house! I love it!
The best i've seen on CZcams.
It's a nice Futuristic looking home, but an eye soar for the Neighborhood.
It is worth mentioning that this is such a suitable and tactile house
Heated entrance and driveway is often installed in luxury homes in Canada.. a MUST
This video feels like a presentation from my engineering senior design class 😂
What I was thinking 😂
Lmao taking this rn
that fence is impressive, especially with the mailbox integration :)
Thanks!
is this same installation available in the USA?@@ZROBIMint.
This house is wonderful and very beautiful. I love that the gate goes in the ground instead of slide or swing which is very common. I like the driveway and also the garage. Only thing I don’t like is that I would want to park in the garage and go straight into the house. Love the pool and also the upstairs main/master bed room.
bro that dubbing is wild
Right?! Google translate for the win! 😂
its great
Reminded me of Prague and the Soviet Brutalist achitecture there.
Cold. Lifeless. Devoid of humanness. Brutal, actually.
Wevwill see about the flat roof amoungstball of the steeply pitched ones. Frank Lloyd Wright favored flat roofs! And they all leaked! It was/is a tremendous flaw in his work. But you do have that dehumidification system already installed, so maybe.......
I'm loving the fence and in-ground gate or whatever it is called ....
I am very impressed with the design, functionality,, and layout.
i admire your skill in blending entertainment with education!
in germany most doors open invert/inside the house ;)
This is my style, this is me… i love it…minimal to the tee…the neighborhood is so so 😂
Well thought out and attractive. Ultra Modern!
Very cool house. I love the gate, It’s very unique.
i need the link to the fence please!!!
google fancy fence
This house = how to cover with concrete as much land as possible 😢
Would love to see the finished house . amazing work amazing flow
I think it’s a cool idea it’s probably the first i ever seen on private residence
Where is this property?
Up that
according to a previous comment it is located in Minsk, Belarus
Its not aesthetic, just boxy and yes even minimalistic can be little more creative!
I love how clean the large format exterior tile looks & all the technology in the house plus that massive sauna looks incredible. My only gripe with the design is I don't like the staircase being right at the entrance door, I prefer a proper foyer/mudroom. I also think a lot of exterior surface areas would benefit from subsurface heating to prevent snow accumulation, unless the owner is ok with shoveling snow out of the interior courtyard :P.
Steam room and cold water and pool perfect combination 👍
This house does not fit within the fabric of the neighborhood.
😂 and what do you know about real estate?
I love it. Not everyone wants to live in a cookie cutter neighborhood.
Real neighborhoods evolve architecturally over time, as owners make changes, homes are torn down and replaced, etc. This creates a varied and interesting streetscape. It’s not a matchy-matchy suburban neighborhood where all the homes are the same with just a slightly different elevation or color.
Exactly what i thought!
I want this how much does it cost ?😏
❤💚
👍Stunning accommodation. I would love to see it in its fully finished and furnished state.
Absolutely phenomenal!
What city is this house in?
Oslo???
according to a previous comment it is located in Minsk, Belarus
There is nothing Scandinavian about this at all, its an insult to even call it Scandinavian, we do not build our houses like metal boxes, in fact the entire "modern" minimalist brutalism hails not from Scandinavia, but Britain and america.
Modern Scandinavian housing actually builds on the traditionalist architecture that rooms must be big and welcoming, but that all rooms serve purpose and space is not wasted purposefully.
In fact a lot of cities have rules now banning these forms of Brutalist houses to even be made, no one wants them, only in remote desolate places are they allowed, which I guess fits perfectly if you want to live in a dystopian movie inside a concrete square bunker middle of nowhere and pretend its been nuclear war everyday.
Holy cow, build me one of these in switzerland. Loooooove it
Damn, thats such a sick house Bro! I Love it! Man I need to sell my Houses in America and move back to Europe... I miss it soo much, even though I just spent 2 years in Germany, i already miss it and am planning to go back this summer!
Awesome house, but your narration is too hard to listen through, I had to stop 🙉
Mom always said, if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all. That's an unnecessary detail that serves only to show how intolerant you are
Turn on CC just like I did 😅
not zombieproof, too many windows, not an island system although enough space for solar on roof and walls....you will get there eventually
I love the presentation and the careful considerations around the house. I disagree with the comments saying it’s not fitting in the neighborhood. I would think this is on purpose, to make sure its contrast is high enough to not take away value of the other houses.
It`s dark in Scandinavia for almost the entire year. That`s why they traditionally use bright colors. These guys built a black house in the dark. It`s depressing. Also there is a reason places like Sweden and Norway normally have steep roofs. The flat roof is a moronic idea.
The guy was not playing around with the pull-ups! That was impressive!! 😂
It's completely stupid to have a flat roof in a frequently snowy area.
Snow and ice is an excellent insulator. Flat roofs, with a slight pitch for the thaw are greatly beneficial.
We have a very similar design in Norway, where we get actual snow. Flat roof is no problem!
U are so stupid
You are the stupid one
Who knows, maybe the roof is heated😂
So ugly, what’s creative or beautiful about these new modern lego brick houses? I miss the houses that actually tried to put in effort and not just make some odd looking square with a giant window on every side.
i love modern minimalist design, is economical and low maintenance. Cheers!
I hope you have drop ceilings installed. The air handling system is super SUPER GREAT LOOKING!
This house is for people that are NPCs with no emotions
Trippin this shit is so beautiful
This house is absolutely gorgeous. I love giant boxes and lots of glass if possible.
I don’t like the extended front but i I like everything else.
Anda trolo!
Wait when u say npc, did you mean nallu Prasad chandresh?
Amazing, love the thoughtfulness of the design
This video made me want to spend my time making house designs haha now that I'm on holidays I have time to do whatever I want, great job making such beautiful house and video👏👏
Thank you!)
Looks ugly and will be outdated in a few years.
I think including an overhang over the courtyard would be nice, but considering the climate, I understand that it is not possible simply being that it is in the winter. What I would like to see is an expansion on the 2nd floor and possibly even a 3rd floor because in my eyes why gate keep the good views to the master bedroom.
Beautiful house. Explanation is excellent for falling sleep
This home is exactly it 🔥🔥🔥🔥
Can’t wait for the final walkthrough
Masterpiece, waw, amazing details !!!
Love the design and the colors panel, so elegant and “chic” ❤
Looks like a budget shoe box. Lame post modern boxes

@@Architectureofkb you mean how basically everything in this society is being perverted. By the latest fashion (cloen) shows, music is degraded, the arts and architecture has been degraded?
There's a universal beauty standard that Victorian, classical houses are beautiful thar the majority love. Not these post modern ugly cheap boxes
I’m going to take a shot everytime they glazing in this entire video. Wish me luck everyone, hopefully I don’t black out 😂
That is about 100k gate right there. Ive installed 2 Fence gates. Total to install 2-16’. Was over 300k.
Looks amazing when installed
Gate name or something to look online thank you
This is fantastic!!
Thank you!
I love it, would love to see the completed project!
What a masterpiece
Wow. Hope you show it when it's done and during the summer! :D
This is amazing (especially the gate) 🥰🥰
