OMG..... I love the glasses in kitchen!!! As someone who hates open concept kitchens this is a totally cool compromise! I also love the one gold/yellow chair pointedly a symmetrically placed and the not so subtle nods to brutalism!

I love everything about this apartment with the exception of the wood frame around the bed. That seems very user unfriendly. I have slept in beds made like that and didn't care for having to climb over it. Other than that I really love everything. Amazing attention to detail. The dark colors are very soothing to me.

the interior square foot is 1,710 sq.ft, and the two balconies combine is about 187 sq.ft

However, my concern with black interior design is dust residue and smudge...
The bathroom as well, an all black shower, I have yet to utilize one, however, I can't imagine the black wall tiles maintaining their original aesthetic...

Approximately 1,240sq.ft without balconies...Amazing interior design, equipment, colors and textures. Just one flaw, maybe it was not a priority for owners, but an extra bathroom on the master bedroom should be integrated, perhaps where the wardrobe is located...

Usually, in a narrow space, a freestanding bathtub is installed by ladies decorators. I did not expect this from architects who advocate functionality.

Very nice condo. But I feel like it would only appeal to singles or bachelors. They mention a child's room but this unit does not seem like a family oriented design. It would be more realistic to expect the child's room as a home office. It is very much designed to the owner's taste but I'm think of re-sale down the road. It would appeal to a specific type of buyer & modern is not classical; thus could become dated after a few years. The very dark interior is very modern but gives a cave like feel and not the outdoors with natural lighting like in a Japanese design. Overall a modern design that will appeal to a specific niche.

The apartment is almost perfect for my taste, it's a shame that the owner added a completely white room out of nowhere, apart from this factor the apartment is spectacular.

Lot's of good design. However, for me, a real pity that there is not enough space for prepping the food despite the size of the kitchen. Also, the tiles in the bathroom are stunning, I absolutely love them. Unfortunately their shape make them difficult to clean, and on black, every trace of limestone shows. The design has been prioritised over the function, which in my personal opinion is a real pity.

This is beautiful but so cold, so sharp, so mineral. There is nothing here to make this interior cosy, warm, welcoming.
The glass wall at the kitchen is not preference since it makes the apartment feel much smaller

I LIKE THE STONE VARIATION of the bathroom! Not a fan of the round tile detail!
My takeaway is that this client must have an almost austere personal style. You would commission a design this attentive to surface, volume, and light only if those were precisely the sense qualities you wanted to dominate your personal spaces. This design is almost military in its disciplined commitment to an overall aesthetic: It leaves no room for clutter or kitsch. You don't stick kids' artwork on those refrigerator doors or splash the place with tacky slogans ("Live. Laugh. Love") from a lower-middle-class home goods store. This is almost style as a calling. This is taste in the purest sense. My impression is that this kind of taste and style is out of reach for everyone except a very small class of people. It's not just the costs that put it out of reach. It's more like culture in the most refined sense. The rest of us would have no idea of what to do with this space except make it "comfortable." We have no culture except what downmarket retail presents to us.

I find this apartment very sterile and lifeless. I did not find it very intriguing to live in. It needs some life.. it's looks like no one lives there. This apartment doesn't hug you or love you.Don't get me wrong I love the high quality material and some - what design but it's not a friendly space. It's a space to visit and send a night in for a short period of time.
You are entitled to have and share your opinion.....but some people, like this guy and myself, find this "sterile" "cold" environment very homey. To each their own
It's nice. Nothing spectacular though, since it lacks character. I've seen far too many cookie cutter Architecture and decor the last three years. There is absolutely nothing 'new' about this apartment's interior.
This would be the perfect teenager pad since it is decorated as such.

This gave me a headache.
A bit gloomy isn't it. Noticed there is a bland room for a child. Not with that glass coffee table and dining table. I speak from experience. I have a lot of black in my apartment. It's a fingerprint magnet. The shower I guess is entertaining, All that being said, I think the designers came up with a lot of beautiful solutions for the apartment and the client.
The cliff bathroom and original bath tub were way more sophisticated. Now it looks like a euro trash nightclub. Another client with more money than taste.

Coffin
Get rid of the coffee table. Single edge of glass will hurt your guests, people watching TV in a darkened room unfamiliar with such a dangerous going all the way around the table.
Way too linear for today’s design aesthetics. This style is 8-10 yearns ago. Current style is more relaxed cocooning with soft corners and curves inspired from the 80’s. Natural elemental materials are fine but they must be presented in smooth transitions in a meaningful context. Harsh monolithic themes as presented here are simply too intense and outdated.
Nightmare
Not my type of style, very cold, very disturbing to me, where are the colors, looks more like a nightmare you want to escape. Is it actually a real home or just a showroom designed by AI? Maybe appealing to some people 🥺
This is the most inhuman , ugly & cheapest looking “ home “ I have ever seen . It is certainly not meant for anyone with a mind to be trapped in .
It was also stylistically dated decades before it was even finished.
Cold, sterile, and a lawsuit waiting to happen.
That poorly placed yellow chair posing as a pop of color sucks. Who in the heck came up with that concept needs to be fired.
That is not a family friendly design. A drunk uncle or unsuspecting child can easily walk into it cause great physical harm.
You wasted your time and mine posting this colorless thoughtless design catastrophe.
