What "Palestinian group" does this Judge mean? She should have been much more precise. I strongly suspect that using that wording is a legal trick from the International Court of Justice and that she means that Hamas belongs to that "Palestinian group" and that she in reality demands Israel to stop fighting against Hamas. I have zero trust on the whole Kangaroo Court Of Justice.

The legal team from SA didn’t even seem to be able to locate their seating … Dithering, confused and looking lost. The case they put forward was lacking and not at all compelling. Were they really the best SA could produce on such an important occasion?
In contrast, the case put forward by Israel’s team was both solid and convincing.
Good heavens! If SA’s claims are determined ‘valid’ and upheld after further submissions, the ICJ will lose all credibility.
I’d called it a kangaroo court based on its rulings so far, except that’d be an insult to Australia’s kangaroos.

Can someone please explain why the only African judge on the panel seemed to be voting against measures to help the Palestinians. She seemed to be voting in line with the Israeli judge, who himself seemed more in line with a ruling assisting Palestinians. Did she understand what she was voting for or really is in favour of Israel’s aggression?
