Let's not forget shadow work (consciousness of the darkness - trauma/ guilt/ self-pity etc within) and acknowledging it, accepting that it happened and is in the past. Respecting the lessons it brought and realizing that we acted out of survival mode or of what we knew best at the time and so did others. Then releasing it and letting it go. Allowing the healing process to happen. Cry if you need to, be angry at yourself and others. Feel every emotion that comes up wholly/ fully/ completely, acknowledge and respect it and then let it go. Cause now you know better and can do better. It's like becoming a Phoenix. You have to die to be reborn anew from the ashes but with the wisdom of the previous life that makes you stronger. Becoming aware of ourselves/ our thoughts or thought patterns/ what we focus on/ how we think and absorb things in the mind or what we keep replaying lets us reach further faster than only physical activity. The mind is the most important part of your life's journey. 🙏🪔

"you might relate to many phenomenas of psychology, but remember not to overanalyze" commonly known as 'Medical student syndrome'. Tips from personal experience:- During the course, certain topics might trigger negative emotions, but don't hesitate to seek external help (you can even attend therapy in student mental health and well-being section of your organisation/ college). You might realize at a point that much of the information in this field is already known to you, you just didn't know the proper terms for it...and this makes me feel like my knowledge's growth has stopped but then I realise how fascinating it is to understand and study those commanilities, as they exist in our everyday life yet go unnoticed...

I had shame and guilt for years. I thought it was normal. I done alot of work to heal. I don't feel shame and guilt anymore. I feel unconditional love for myself instead.
@gonnabapro i paint and draw to work through emotions and express myself. I speak my mind in a loving way. I sit in nature at least 4 hours a day. I love myself unconditionally for who I am in any given moment. And the newest one I added just recently. I love myself first and then give love to others so that I never deplete myself within.

I was told that traumas were stored in between the shoulder blades. I have also noticed that many people have fat growth around the pelvic area and unexplainable problems/pains. Thank you for this practice😊🙏🏻

I’m also very spiritual and I talk to my angels and I get downloads on purging my childhood from the universe, i I thought I would have to go through every every single thing I’ve been through but you don’t, you only get sent a few things and that’s it then it’s done. It’s taking me three years of healing tho . Same as my mental health I haven’t got mental health anymore because God told me I didn’t have mental health. It’s because I needed to awaken. I’ve gone through an awakening ❤️
Human Psychology ought be introduced as early as possible in schools so that when parents and care givers at home loose control, the kids would be rescued and re affirmed positively in school. Avoidance is still more effective than Damage Control.

Every single child has gone through trauma. Every single child. It's trauma because you didn't get to do whatever you wanted. It was traumatic for your growth in your personal perspective. Every single human had a traumatic childhood. There was something stopping you somewhere. You knew you could conquer the world and you were told you couldn't by someone.
That is awesome. It seems like it would explain why "Problems with the mother affect the left hip" something I heard about as I was dealing with a lot of issues in my hips. It also probably has something to do with things like appendicitis, or lower GI issues
Excellent video. One of my close friends had anxiety and panic attacks. A siddha yogi told her that it’s past impressions in Swadhishthana which needs to be cleaned. She was practicing Mantra yoga so took her time to clean it up but with ashtang yoga or hath yoga, it is faster..!
