Bob, I just love your videos, love your builds as well. I instruct auto technology at a high school tech class. I just wanted to let you know I’ll be using this video as a reference this year when I cover steering theory , Ackerman Angle , A.K.A - toe out on turns. This will be a great example how someone like yourself never stops learning and how knowledge is power. Dig this ol truck it’s the best one yet you have done! So ya, there’s that.

A many great vehicles have been drawn out on the garage (or hangar) floor. Back in the 1930's the Wedell-Williams air racers were built from chalk marks on the hangar floor. Those were the only "blueprints" or "plans". These were record breaking aircraft. That's the first thing I thought of when you were building the frame and suspension.

Good explanation of toe. You should explain the relationship between toe in and caster. The more caster the less tow in. I like your videos. Years ago I got a book written by Castin on race car suspension and theory. I also have a copy of high speed/low cost. There are literal diagrams drawn out. Your explanation agrees with these books on theory. I have been using 10 degrees + of caster and zero toe on my builds. The proper caster gets rid of front end wobble. You obviously have the eye for correct looking hot rod builds.

Technically, since you are modifying the spindles, you could move the tie rod to the back if you make drop down arms. They would however, have to be much longer and heavier than the ones you made. Going to be a great ride when you're done for sure.
