We have a pair of DB Drive WDX6.5 Subs running of a Focal 1k mono block Im Very happy with output from these little beasts

Looks great man! I love when little subs put out big sound. The port is genius, I was going to do a stack port because I wanted an oval appearance. You saved me a ton of router work.

I've owned a WDX, years ago... they're not that bad at all. I put it to the freaking ringer too! Pounded... for a bit anyways lol
yeah 3 weeks now of being pounded on and still haven't smelt any coils so going well :)

@@AustraliasBiggestBassChannel 2500 watts. 4 cubes sealed, 8-10 ported tuned to around 51hz. Waiting for some nice weather to finish up and test!
Do you still have this setup and if not do you have the box for sale as i just got 2 of these subs today? That box looks awesome.
I bet 2 8 inch drivers in that enclosure would hit that 30-36 hz pretty good.

Last few vids i seen the mojo sound good but don't like to be pushed hard
I would try shrinking the box down to gain back some cone control and them low lows. Love your videos
yeah I agree, that's why I made the enclosure to manufacture specs as a guide for future builds with these drivers as ive never worked with them before - in future I will decrease box volume by 10-20%

I just ordered a sub for the daily after being out of the audio game for 6? 8? years now? (And I had 6 15s in a wall, so I was pretty heavily into it lol) And it got me wondering if any youtubers I used to watch who also got out of it are ever gonna get back into it...
I’m still into car Audio I actually have my own business doing Car audio and accessories but on the CZcams side I haven’t had time for video really since running my own business
And on top of that CZcams demonetised my channel a few years ago which definitely takes some incentive away

And yeah I don't blame you at all there- tons of work and time filming, editing etc. for little to no pay, where instead you could be just doing the work, making money, without the pain in the ass of trying to document it all?
