I increased the weight for some things, slowed down the speed to .5x, and did the whole thing as a circuit and it kicked my ass. I might try this again tomorrow.

So i started following your excercises. Am i overdoing it? Example, i do 5 excercises for biceps, 3 sets each, 14, 12, 10 reps, then i do 4 to 5 excercises for triceps, same pattern 3 sets each 14, 12, 10 reps.
