Completely love your video so much, the dancing and the beautiful lovely music, Liberia music I always love hearing in the videos. Thank you so much and I love your channel.
I’m convincing my fiancé who is from Liberia that we need to buy land and build a home there. I subscribed to your channel. I’m very interested in the process. This new land is a different location from where you’re building a home? Is it an expensive process?
Mary Minnigans Thank you. Please continue to convince him, it will be a great investment. Liberia will rise someday. Yes, the land I’m buying for farming is in Lofa county and the house is in Montserrado county. It can be expensive depending on your needs, wants, and people you know. I’ll be doing an update soon with some tips of do and don’t
Bendu Lusia Sesay I will continue to convince, he does agree it’s a good idea... but I need the thoughts to become a reality. His mother was from Lofa county. Thanks for replying. Love your channel. I will continue watching. Especially the building process.
Not really. It all depends on the location. For example right now it hard to find a land for sale in Banjor but the next town over have land for sale. But also keep in mind most of the land are family own and some like to keep it that way.

Quick question Bendu...once you buy land what are the financial obligations afterward i.e. annual taxes and such like in America??
Yes, annual taxes is a thing there. Just keep in mind that Liberia system is pretty much setup like America, except you’ll be dealing with Liberian
