Just wanted to add some information. I went to Olaya Medical Complex for my medical exam and they asked for the same paperwork that was mentioned in the video. I paid SAR 570, they only required 3 photos from me which were (5cm x 5cm white background) then they also took my photo when I was there. After only a day, someone contacted me and told me that everything was in order and they will send the report directly to the embassy and that can pass by them to pick up my copy.

And about sa vaccination record/certificate Sir, ena acknowledged po nila? Dito lang din sa Riyadh ko na received yung mga vaccines sir (MMR, TDAP, Meningococcal, Varicella). Thank you po☺
Hi. Hindi naman sila ganun kastrict sa vaccination records and titers. Pakita mo lang s knla and yung physician ang magdedecide kung nay need kang vaccine.
