First I want to say HUGE CONGRATULATIONS!! 🎊🎉🥳 My fiancé has his appointment tomorrow! I didn't know Manila started accepting interviews again until May so that's when we scheduled, but we needed a few more months for him to get all of his documents updated. We filed the case in 2019 and then with covid restrictions and shutdowns, his documents expired. Finally everything has come together and my lawyer says Manila can be very tough so we are very nervous! My fiancé's English is not the best so we have been practicing! Can you share with me some of the questions they asked you? I've been searching CZcams for more information from anyone like you. I appreciate you sharing this! I don't understand everything you've said, but I sent this to my fiancé and his sister who is helping him to prepare and flying to Manila with him. You have given me confidence that we are ready with the documents to get approved!

Also I kinda followed along with what you were saying how long was the wait for the interview we are waiting 2 months so far for the NVC to schedule an interview since we are DQ. I'm a business owner so my financial documents are a little different and more complicated compared to just the W2 it's nice you were able to story the affidavit of support and financial documents easily. We have been married since 2018 in the Philippines
Hi!your married in the Philippines it means you filed cr1 or spousal visa right?when did you guiz filed the visa? Spousal visa it took 2 or more years before you can schedule your interview
@@lovingjessag.9012 We have been in communication with each other since around 2012 and in 2018 we got married but we lived together in the Philippines for 2 years and traveled some built a house together there then I returned to the US to get back to work and that was at the start of the pandemic when everything closed down we filed out IR1 because we been married longer than 2 years and USCIS approved US just due to living in the Philippines for 2 years we needed to get a joint sponsor since 2 of the three years was lacking income until I got back to the US to work again. My joint sponsor got sick with COVID and was hospitalized and couldn't finish their paperwork for 8 months while our application was sitting at the NVC. We finally got everything put together and got documentary qualified and waiting on an interview from Manila embassy however the backlog is such I think we will be waiting another 6 months as we have already waited 2 we are considering an expedite. How long after you submitted paperwork from the NVC did you get your interview ? Was it at the Manila embassy ? That's so awesome you're already in the US.

We filed December 2019 and had my interview last November 2021 I arrived here in us January 2022
