Hello Sir Chris! I really appreciate your videos, specially helpful for us who’s just starting a family. I do have a question though, we already have our own existing house and lot, and we are planning to do an extension/renovation. Will Pag-Ibig base their loan grant solely on the cost of the to-be-constructed extension/renovation only or will they also put into consideration the market value of your lot? Thank you.

Sir chris what if gusto ko increase housing loan ko from original pricipal kasi nakabayad na ko ng ilang years. Ibibigay ba ni pag ibig yung difference if mataas ang ma approve? For example sa 1.5M loan ko sa bank tapos i apply ko sya 2M sa pag ibig ibibigay ba nila yung 500k?

Question lang po sir! Developer doesn't allow pagibig financing sa housing loan namen, sa bank lng po. After loan take out poba with the bank, pwede kona agad iapply sa pagibig yon (kahet di pa nakakabayad kahet one month) Thank you!

Question sir, ung handling fee and cancellation fee ng bank po. Pwede po ba sya isama sa Loanable Amount ko with Pag-ibig? Then, db po mag-aappraise si Pag-ibig, what if mababa po ung appraisal nla at need ko pa mag shell out ult ng remaining, pwede ko pa po ba icancel ung application ko?

Hello Chris, iniisip ko pa lang yung pag process ng requirements medyo stressed na ko haha... 10 yrs yung term ng house and then 5 yrs remaining na lang. Do you think baka mas ok mag advance payment na lang ako yearly?
