Mental focus and meditation exercises are great, along with memory training (seeing if you can remember numbers)
See if you can backtrack your thoughts; see if you can backtrack your dreams
Self observe, and notice where and when the thought invaders enter to destabilize
And doing this while also doing physical balance exercises (eg bosu ball) activates every part of your being
I am a living library as well. I remember that our ultimate goal is to be a star and to create and sustain life with the control ofits energy. Ome good outbursts from ourstar is what will reset the ai tech with a micronova event. These also cause amnesia . I think this is maybe how many forgot who they truly are.
yes, to the ultimate goal! and yes, to the solar/stellar purge of the AI tech >> its already happening
Dont worry, the eternal aspects of self will remain, only the false light will be removed, false information purged. forcefields of protection surround you, we will make it through this

when you were saying you are going to live 8000 years with regeneration, can you explain further what you meant with regeneration and did you meant this time of living of 8000years in this body in physical form or somethin beyond that.
Oh it’s very possible in this body ; the environment must be changed and restored though
We must remove the corrosive frequencies and organizations from the world
May I ask - why did someone in the comments use "stardust" as a way to describe entropy? Also, once a being does go into entropy, is there any way for that energetic signature to then re incarnate or "try again" as a means to reach cosmic consciousness?
I think its a reference to the work of another teacher who describes those consciousnesses that have “fallen” to the point of nonredemption as going to “stardust” ; so its a type of shorthand
And no, the whole point of entropy is really, a release from being. its a one way journey, not a temporary state where something or someone will suddenly “pop back” into existence . It is however, a form of unity consciousness, just at the total polar opposite end of the scale of self awareness. so it is divine union, but in the state of non-being as opposed to total heat, fastness, sefl awareness, knowledge, and total being.
@@FlyingRainbowLasagne - I appreciate your elaboration on the topic and the way in which you communicate so brilliantly. I, personally, am just having a hard time in accepting the possibility that an energy signature who “ends up” in a state of entropy/Bose Einstein “frozen” state, could never have a chance at conciousness again. Doesn’t the universe want to be conscious? So could that then not also mean that those frozen forms of energy, particularly those benevolent in nature, would have a chance to fulfil their cosmic consciousness state? I ponder ..

I watch your channel on and off. So excuse me if you have already addressed any of the following questions i am about to ask as i’ve only watched a relatively small percentage of your channels content and there is quite a lot of material you’ve put out to get through.
1 = Was the original occupant first approached in some way prior to explain to them in full all the ins and outs concerning your desire to walk-in i.e was consent first sought before hand?
I’m assuming so. As a walk-in happens by informed consent as far as i know. Otherwise it’s not a walk-in but possession.
2 = May i ask where does the original occupant now reside?
3= Will they return to the body at a later date or are you now the permanent resident?
Information i read from one entity group read ‘The walk-in usually occurs at age 12 or 22, but must occur by age 33’
4= Any truth to the above statement? Sounds strange to me. Though i’m assuming genetics do play a role for successful integration to take place. So potentially age might be a factor as far as optimal viability.
Excuse all the questions. But ….
5= may i ask how old was the previous occupant when you walked in and they walked-out?
I could ask so many other questions in context. Though I have wondered about these for a while. And thats quite a few already.

I am not demonically posessing this body.
Flat out. I've had to respond to many accusations of being a "body snatcher" and I have been very compassionate that I am talking to people through their fear filter on a largely traumatized planet. But I assure you that I am not.
And please consider how it feels to me, in my person-hood, to be obliquely accused of that.
I am 100% polarized good, and all that I do is in accordance with Cosmic Law.
And the reason I came into this body is because the previous occupant was literally (and very criminally) obliterated on a soul level, or erased from existence. This is totally illegal, and was done through satanic technology, and is AGAINST cosmic law and threatened to destroy all of space-time it was so very unjust.
So no, she is not in an after-existence and cannot return as she is not in a state of existence.

I never said you were demonically possessing.
I just thought that before a Walk-in takes residence. Permission is first sought from the original occupant. I have heard this is the case with some other prominent Walk-ins i’ve studied the works of. Say if the Walk-in desires to come in to perform some greater mission or purpose.
Ok so my first question. No 1 was asking if permission was sought?. You didn’t answer it directly but where you said, the original occupant ‘was completely obliterated on a soul level’., and that was the reason you came in. Basically answers it. No permission wasn’t sought.. but permission was not able to be sought as the occupant was ‘obliterated on a Soul level’
I had heard previously now i recall when i first heard of Walk-ins that they can come in after someones had a terrible accident or something. But still there does seem to be a thin line between whats a Walk-in and whats a possession. Now thats not to say there can’t be positive forms of possession. You do seem pretty positive to me.
Question 2. I asked where does the original occupant now reside?. Well you answered that. They do not. They were wiped out of existence.
Question 3. You also answered this. Same reason as answer given to question 2
You didn’t answer 4 or 5 and i can live with that.
I’d like to address some of the other things you said.

Well i’ve found overall your reply rather emotional. I tried to be polite. I do appreciate you have feelings. I never accused you of demonically possessing. I’m trying to learn more about such phenomenon. Where better to learn than directly from the horses mouth.
And as far a blindly trusting those who come to us and say ‘I am good’ lol. As you know very well already. The amount of manipulation coming to us humans from beings claiming to be good bringing their ‘teachings’ to us has been off the scale. Endless ‘positive’ but deceptive channellings etc etc. I’m assessing what you teaching to decide for myself if i think your good for us or not. Not just taking your word for it when you say your good lol. I mean you do seem nice. You do come over genuine. If you are genuinely here to help us as you say you are. Then thankyou very much. One thing i was happy to see is that your Merkaba teaching teaches the top and bottom counter rotate rather than both spinning the same way phase locked. Drunvalo Melchizedek taught the later. Another Walk-in. He was under the council of Thoth. Again he seemed like a nice dude and all but turns out he was teaching finite phantom fallen ‘Ascension’ mechanics.
So surely you can understand. And thought you would recommend to us if you truly want to help us. That we should always question everything and use our discernment best we can. Come on.. if we were to believe every one, every being or entity group who comes to us and tells us ‘i’m good’ ‘i’m of the light’ etc etc. We’d most probably be in a much worse state than we are already. In fact i have heard you say yourself. Don’t trust Pleadian’s and other galactic ‘Alien’ races claiming to be coming to help us. Sure you said they are infected with A.I. … So we shouln’t trust any of them but we should trust you implicitly? Lol… come on dude. Much love if you truly are highly benevolent as you say you are. I’m sorry if your are and people questioning hurts your feelings. I can get that. But again i think your well aware of our situation here and the amount of manipulation and deception we have been facing here on Earth. One of the main problems has been the majority trusting in the wrong people.
Anyway. From watching what i have of you. Much you say i have resonated with but a few things you have said i have had doubts about. As in they have conflicted with things i have discerned to be true or not. P.s I’m not claiming to always be right or perfect. I myself have followed false manipulative corrupted teachings in the past. In fact i’ve been through layers of it in my truth seeking. Most of us truly seeking have. All the ones who taught those teachings all said they were good to and were teaching about Love and to be nice and all that. The worst bit is to get the result they are after they teach a lot of true things to get you to swallow the misinformation along with it….
It’s a minefield out here …. We have to be careful who we trust.
I will say. In the work i am closest with these days. There are three councils that have been deemed to be thoroughly good for us humans and who are actively helping us . I wont mention the first two . But the third is the Aurora council (and races). And i do wonder if you are from/or one of them.
So there you go.
