We do get to “meet” some lovely people in these tours. Very fun and also sentimental home. And she is definitely as talented as her ancestors.
You both are deservedly proud: so easy to throw money (if you have it!) at a home and designer but just as your daughter is going to feel a meaningful connection to each of those carefully made embroideries and blankets and know a feeling of being loved and thought about, so are you always going to have that feeling of connection and reward for effort from the work you have done to make your house into a lovely family home. What a lovely home. Some great detailing and nicely displayed art. The hallway with its burst of yellow and those gorgeous bold tiles is wonderful.
Loved her decision to select color palettes based on a memory/experience, vs basing her interior design choices on things seen on Pinterest/Instagram. 🌸 Also adore the wild flower arrangement and the garden.

What was the cost of the renovation?
Beautiful home however, I had to turn the sound off, because every 2nd word was "like", it became unwatchable.
Very lovely lady, , very mismatched for me but everyone has there own idea of heaven i spose .

Maybe a worry with small children

The one massive mistake with this house was not installing open-tread stairs - the light would shine through from the back of the house, through the dark hallway to the front door (and it would look much better than that awful black block of stair (sorry)). Nothing special.
Open tread stairs in such a house would be a crime!
Would be incredibly jarring in a Victorian house.
Too much clutter and unsafe practices like candles on walls and shelves above seating when there is plenty of room and no WC on the main level for guests. The garden could have been extended slightly to accommodate that. Not everyone wants to go upstairs to use it nor should they.
If you keep putting out videos at this rate, nobody is going to watch them
