Agree totally. I'm always looking for people to show me what's possible with spaces. Barn conversions are my least favourite types of home in the UK as I'm not partial to the open plan-high ceiling style (usually these sorts of conversions don't suit my aesthetics and interest in historically informed interior decor and are very modern, too much light and featureless in terms of architectural detail). But just as you wrote: what a SENSATIONAL renovation. I'm up for changing my mind after seeing proof of all the possibilities out there. The best barn conversion I can remember seeing. Exquisite.

It just oozes character and I adore all the beautiful treasures inside, the breathtaking views outside and Sue was a total delight as she walked us around and shared her 5-out-of-5 star home with us!
How lucky Sue is to have the vision and the means to turn this beautiful old barn into a beautiful home. You can feel the love she has for it.
What a lovely home. There is nothing ‘fake,’ about it. It’s a gorgeous space, lived-in and happy and I can see it’s beauty, it’s age, it’s patina and feel the love, the sentimentality and the comfort through the screen. Sue is such a darling.

Beyond MAGNIFICENT and I've seen hundreds of houses,but none that compares to this beauty. The owner is fabulous and the cameraman is EXCELLENT!! What an incredible pleasure to have toured this home and garden. I lived in the Cotswold for one glorious summer way back in 1976 and it really was as charming and gentle as it appears. Thank you Sue Jones for sharing it with us all.
This home/barn is one of the BEST that Homeworthy has featured. Love all the Kilims and Sue's decorating decisions. It's not staged like so many homes, but comfortable and lived in, yet extremely elegant.

I didn't think I could get past the grounds and gorgeous topiaries .. the aged patina of the outdoor furniture, the seeping views and that amazing gazebo. Just breathtaking!!!! What an amazing, curated , cozy home. The double high ceilings , the beams and the upstairs gallery are swoon worthy! They definitely kept the essence of the barn and garden. The view down in to the valley looks like a painting, its so perfect. The tiny terrace seating area is so tranquil and peaceful looking. I can only imagine having tea out there in the morning , listening to the birds. What a beautiful way to live. The best Homeworthy home I have ever seen.

Beautiful - a perfect balance of character, age, vintage classics but with clean, polished modern accents and details. Just LOVE the mood and feel, it's eccentric in the most beautiful way. Sue's use of color is very effective. The green and garden and stone is a fairy tale -the view of the rolling hills!
