Loved the last few videos (particularly the xylophone one). Also appreciated this. It's good to know that CZcams makers like you have their own junk drawers (and garage closets). Its brave to show the less polished side of your workshop.
Your unorganized drawers are still more organized than my shop currently! Love the tour! And you should totally make a knot table and call it: "It's Knot A Table".
I have a rule to never put things on my CNC bed. ...and then I proceed to always put partially finished projects on my CNC bed. 😀 🤷♂️. I can relate to the stereo equipment on yours. I chuckled when I saw it in the shop tour video. As always, I enjoy the videos.
This was better than the shop tour. Of course I was cracking up the whole time. I like how this is the secret life we all live. Yeah, it looks like chassis and bedlam in the drawers, but we know right where to go in them for what we need.
"Knot your table".....dang, that's a lot of Kickapoo coffee. I like that you showed your stuff without organizing everything and with no apologies. Rock them kicks, yo.
New series called Make Something After Dark? First episode you show off your drawers. Second episode you use the knots to make a piece of art in the shape of the letter T. That would really be... naughty.
David - how can it be. My ordered mess of tools and things look the same as yours no matter how hard I try or how much space I make. See some videos by this brilliant young Brit blacksmith Alec Steele (now living on your side of the pond in Montana?) and he has the same problems with different stuff - puts it down to horizontal surfaces...and I think he's probably right.
Hey David, great video!! I see you use harbor freight f style clamps, have you tried their bar clamps? The ones just like the rockler. You can get them for like under $15 a clamp at HB, but rockler is something crazy like $60 per. Some people said they have a tendency to flex slightly, but others have said cutting some wood down and plugging the hollow inside channel. Would be nice to see the difference between the HB freight clamp and the rockler clamp
I am disappointed that there are no more signed cutting board books. When will you have more for purchase or should I just do Amazon? Love the channel btw!
If you have kids or know somebody with kids, take all those knots and make a chair. Then when the kids get a time out they have to go sit in the...................wait for it................... Knotty chair!

Great walk through of your drawers. Inspires me to get the crap out of piles on the floor & shelves and into drawers!!!

“My air compressor that I use for......air compres’n” 😆
I love drawers. Drawers close and keep out dust. Drawers keep things organized. I hate open shelves.
I feel much better about my own shop when i see videos like this. lol. Keep it up!
"Oh god, dont even look in there." Every nook in my shop! LOL
Love this video the best out of all I have seen of yours because it shows the real David and what you are like when the camera is not on.

You’re making me realize I need more drawers.
I love the random loaf of bread on the chop saw bench @6:40
critter42 ha! Good observation. What else could that be if it’s not a loaf of bread 😂
Haha! that was part of another project!
Make Something 2 Ha! other project=lunch
Really like this... it’s pleasing to see

I genuinely appreciate you doing this video without attempting to clean and organize. It’s a “real” shop. Just like all of ours.
Hmmmmm looks like a future project drawer organization or dividers. I know i need them more then anybody lol
And here we have oh god...dont...lookinhere hahahahahaha
haha "ducktailing tools" i love it haha im not hating, i just bloody love it haha
Air Compressin. Awesome.
You can make a feature segmented ring on a vase using those knots. Just fill them with resin.

Make clocks with the log cut- offs .
"What's in my Drawers" and then "you got a nice figure"! starting to wonder about you guys. lol
You could use your knotted wood to make a candle holder. Nice video!
Patchwork polka dot knot hole table top with the knots filled with different colored epoxy
You should make a massage table with all the knots!
I also air compress with my air compressor!
hehe!
What a clickbait title, thought it was going to be something way different lol. Still a good video :D
I had the same thought! That would have been an entirely different video! 🤣
Your friend Jo ann with the fabric store in town?

I've tried the HF aluminum bar clamps and they have snapped on me. I can't recommend them.
Way better than my disaster area 👍👍👍👍
likewise
"Whats in my drawers" a litttle bit of poop the first time your finger touches that sawstop blade and it saves your finger!
David, embed a magnet in the sides of the sliding doors so you don't have to make sure there isn't a visible gap every time on camera...
Haha!!! “Dick jokes”. My favorite since you hit Eric with the clamps and said “that’s what you get for not knowing mother fucker”.
hahaha!
Thanks for showing us your hidden wood and your drawers. 🤣
You're going to be a great old man someday.
Getting close.
@@SomethingAboutMaking Haha maybe so, but with style!
What is that pad you use to finish stuff on? Is it a carpet pad? Where would I get one?
Things that make things stick to other things. 😂
Camera Dan is listed on the deli menu..... haha
I spy a warther knife box
Hmm. If I showed my drawers and what's in it I'll probably get banned :-)
Interesting vid. Keep up
Does it spark joy?!
Thank you for the tour. Do you recommend the festool domino, and if so which one xl or 500? I want one to speed up furniture projects. Thank you
If you want to speed up the joinery then yes I recommend it. I have the smaller and works great.
Just got it in yesterday thank you 🙏
Love the title and intro haha!

I've got more coming. Hopefully in a few days!
@@SomethingAboutMaking chop chop
Went ahead and got on Amazon! So excited to read it and make a couple :-)
If you don't have enough knots to make a table top then just take the knots and glue them into together into the word "Why"
Dude! is that a Singer Rocketeer Sewing Machine??
It's a New Home Sewing Machine
0:04 “that’s what she said”
Yes it was a great tour
Remember your Konmari david :-)
Turn a bowl out of that piece of firewood,
Knots in resin. Wood turning video?
I want to take a hand tool class
What is the baseball bat by the door for? And what is the painting of the arm with the baseball bat?
Baseball bat is to keep Dan inline.
What's inside my drawer vlog 👇

Make a KNOT board!
I say, why not make a take full of knots. Sorry, couldn’t resist.

Knotty chair!
Ahhhh lol
What ever happened to camera man Eric?
This mess is a place!
Everybody needs some junky drawers. I would say tools die behind doors not drawers
What's in my drawers? I'll skip this video...
Yeah I kinda hate that saying as well. It seemes to have spread all over the internet like cancer.
