We stayed at the Laylow over the holidays! Perfect location, close to shopping and beaches. You will have to try Marukame Udon, it's directly across the street from the hotel. People start lining up at 8 in the morning!!!
Perhaps Nabi remembers her past and is so very appreciative of the food given to her from you guys. She has happy tears of joy and wants to enjoy that she gets to eat more than once a day and is fed real food instead of scraps.

Aloha Weylie and Wah! My name’s Anella and I’m a freshmen at University of Hawaii at Manoa. My entire family moved from Cupertino, CA to paradise with me and we’re loving it here so far. Hikes are my absolute favorite and I’ve done the Makapu’u Lookout, Koko Head, Diamond Head, and the Lanikai Pill Box Hike. The Lanikai Pill Box Hike is absolutely BEAUTIFUL if you go by sunrise….I was in complete awe when I was up there you have no idea. My favorite beaches are: Sandy Beach, Kailua Beach, Banzai Beach, and Waimea Beach. Last weekend, my friend actually went to a beach called Chinaman’s hat where she rented out a paddle board and paddled to a small island maybe 1-2 miles from shore. Once you arrive on the small island, you hike can hike to the top. If you were interested in a luau, I know the Polynesia Cultural Center are famous for their luaus except I’ve never been to one. On the way to North Shore, there are so many shrimp trucks but I think Giovani’s Shrimp truck is my ultimate favorite. If you drive further along the road, you can hit the Kahuku Land Farms where my family enjoys fresh fruits like papaya, coconut, pineapples, and so much more! Whenever you’re having a sweet tooth, tryout the place called Banan where their frozen-yogurt base is made entirely from bananas, its so so so yummy. If there’s one food I think is a staple food here in Hawaii, I personally think its poi malasadas. The best bakery is called Kamehameha and they open as early as 4am in the morning! There’s so much more I could recommend but I hope I can give you guys options while you’re here…I can’t wait for you to explore around the island again! Love you guys

I've been horse back riding since i was little, and Hawaii was one of the only places i'd visited where they had a pretty quiet and free ride. it was "trail" riding but there, its actually free, the guide only takes like less than 5 ppl and they let you gallop around if you're intermediate. if you're beginner they wont but they'll let you come out of like and go into the water if the horse lets you. it was WONDERFUL!

I loved Paradise Cove! We stayed at Prince Waikiki. It was very nice, all rooms are beach front and there's no resort fee when you book directly!

Four Seasons Resort O’ahu in Ko Olina! The hotel was very nice and the rooms/bathrooms are amazing and super clean! The breakfast buffet is expensive but a lot of variety of stuff to eat! Very relaxing and the hotel associates are super sweet! I would highly recommend!

Ahhh your coming to Oahu! I love that you guys love coming here. For some reason I’m drawing a blank on things to do, but if you guys wanna do a hike I’d reccommend the Makapu’u Lighthouse trail. It’s paved, so it’s much safer then most other trails. And it has some pretty views!
Also I love how Michael’s rocking your apron in the kitchen lol

Polynesian Culture Center is an amazing place for Luau’s! You can learn all about the cultures and traditions that shaped the Hawaiian islands and they have great vegetarian/peskatarian options for the Luau part! It’s an all day type of thing, but the experience is definitely worth it. Also Down Beat Diner in Chinatown of O’ahu is DELICIOUS! They have amazing vegan/vegetarian options and also things for meat eaters! The North Shore/ Hale’iwa is absolutely beautiful as well.
Navi and Miso... the cuteness!!! While it's pricy I'd say stay at the Moana Surfside at night or 2, it's so nice! There is definitely a reason she is referred to as the 1st lady of Hawaii! Also try Opal Thai Food in Chinatown, I visit Oahu once a year and that is one of my musts.
Im pregnant now at 4 months and I HAVE to skip every time you guys show food😭 I get sick with even thinking about food now 😞But before I was pregnant I would love love to watch your food vlogs! Love you guys can’t wait to be able to enjoy looking at your food again ❤️

The Laylow Hotel is super cute! It's newly renovated so it's pretty clean and modern as well! Some other newly renovated hotels are the SurfJack, Hawaii Prince Hotel(kinda far from central Waikiki), and Alohilani(this place also has a super cool pool bar/lobby bar). If you want to be close to everything in Waikiki, i'd definitely look into Laylow, SurfJack, Hyatt, Sheraton, maybe even outrigger reef. I'm not sure about the prices at each hotel.
You guys should totally go zip lining and parasailing in Hawaii!! When I parasailed, it was so relaxing and the view was breathtaking. Highly recommend!
You should definitely stay at Laylow! They have the cutest decor all over the hotel. The pool side area is nice and they have pretty good food too!

You should visit the polynesian cultural center, they have a show called "Hā" and it talks about the origins of polynesians, itʻs AMAZING! Snorkeling at Honauna bay. If you enjoy history, the ʻIolani palace and Bishop Museum are AWESOME!!

I'm from Oahu and I can def vouch for The Laylow. A modern hipster boutique hotel right in the middle of Waikiki. Right next to the new International Marketplace where there are some bomb ass restaurants on the top floor! And visit Kona Coffee Purveyors (walk 3 minutes from The Laylow) has the best Kouign-Amann pastry and try the Liam's Punch! I would also check out The Surfjack and The Modern Honolulu if you need more options for hotels to stay at.
I just came back from Oahu and I stayed at the Laylow! It was such a nice hotel I highly recommend!
Wah the cooking, specially the slicing up of the veggiebles, was something of a work of art.. therapeutic if you will.. please do this again ples thenkssssss 🤤😂😍
I'm late to this video but I have some recommendations for Oahu if you're still planning!!
I really love going to North Shore for the food and beaches. The garlic shrimp trucks are amazing, and there's also a local farm called Kahuku Farms that does tours and has really fresh, delicious food straight from their farm that I really recommend!!
Also the Polynesian Cultural Center is a really awesome place to check out -- there's exhibits/shows for each of the Polynesian islands, it's really interactive, and at the end there's a dinner (you can choose between regular buffet or Luau).
If you haven't been already, I'd also suggest going to Lanikai beach. The sand is white and it's really beautiful!
I think China Walls is a little bit lesser known, but it's really beautiful (but dangerous to swim there so be careful).
For dessert, you haaave to go to Liliha Bakery!! The coco puffs are sooo bomb!!

I just got back from my honeymoon in Oahu! You should definitely check out the Polynesian cultural center for their luau! It was soooo beautiful there...a full day affair.
Also, for hotel...we stayed at the Hyatt Centric in Waikiki beach! It was really nice there too and I would highlyyy recommend it there! But the hotel you were looking at is just around the corner from Hyatt and it looks beautiful too. I hope you vlog while you're there too!! I would love to re-live it. We loveddd it there!!!! 😍
