I'll try to get out to the field today to do the full flight test & review. I've done some research and found this little bird does actually shoot 4K videos (at a very slow frame rate) and takes some gorgeous photos. I can't wait to fly it, it's packed with features!!!

Hi Sylvie, so nice to see you again. This drone is actually a copy of the MJX R/C Bugs 7W, it has a long ways to go to be a DJI Mavic Mini copy, lol. It's not too bad for the price and flies well. Looks solid. Nothing wrong with doing an occasional unboxing. I'm not a huge fan of them either but sometimes I need to add content and the weather isn't cooperating so an unboxing let's me show people what's coming up and also knocks out the table review.

It is very small .. you can put it in your pocket. But, I'm thinking that the video will have a low bit rate and frame rate, so it will still look crappy .. we'll see. That tropical storm is well past you, so you should be having decent weather now. We'll keep an eye out for this "cutie" .. POW!
I'm not expecting too much as far as the video it captures. If you've seen any reviews of the Bugs 7W, well, this is the same bird. It shoots something like 4K at 16fps or 2.7K at around 25fps. No setting for 1080P... go figure!!!
For about $200, looks like a nice product, especially for 4K. Wish it was 64/128 on the SD card..and 400' alt limit and 700m range is ok for the price. The FPV range of 250 m being less than the range is questionable; Hope the RTH function works at max range...
Please do a check to see if you launch from an altitude (try the roof or roof of the car) and then descend below it, does it auto land? My XS812 if launched from a cliff top and then descends below the launch altitude, it will uncommanded auto-land straight down, which you will guess is bad if a freeway is below..(luckily it landed in the ditch, unfortunately in water, fortunately on top of weeds).
