Great FPV mod to the RC truck, now can stay safe while still having your RC fun. And you actually sit inside your car and fly the Mavic 2 most places, another way to stay safe. I look to more RC mod's to stay safe during the coronavirus lockdown.

Having followed your lead from quads (still love my Bugs3 !) to ground R/C's, I've never understood why this hasn't caught on. I installed a FPV camera on my first WLToys 12428, built a track around the outside of the house and me and a friend of mine would race while sitting under the air-conditioning inside. Great fun!

I cant think of anything I havent put a camera on. Ive even started using my drone Cams at the gun range so we can see the target live at 500 to 1k yards. Very nice Vid good instructions, You covered it properly start to finish. You can also get yerself a 6inch screen if you get tired of having the goggles .. God Bless, Stay safe!!

You're right my brother, I should have remembered that. That drive was so intense for me, all I could do is think about listening for and watching out for traffic, lol. Of course, this type of driving is best for open field driving or in a place where you live. I did have a close call, almost got hit. The driver stopped, luckily for me, I saw him on camera! Not sure who was more scared, me or the driver since he never saw who was driving the r/c!!! That segment was edited out!!! POW!!!

To bind to the Jumper, you'd have to change out the receiver to a compatible protocol. As it comes from the factory, NO, I can not bind it to the Jumper... but it's a good idea though!!! Thanks for watching!!!

I love it. I'm sure many people don't think to do this. But of course, you know I'm always thinking about it ! 😂 As a matter of fact, last week I fpv'd a 1/32 scale car. Turned out pretty good but didn't do a vid because I wasn't sure how to present it as interesting. I will have to rethink it and cone up with a way to make it worth watching. Any ideas ?
For a car that size (small) I would FPV it throughout the house!!! Maybe setup a course using paper cups or something like that. I'm sure you'll come up with something bro!!!

@@RCinginSC I have a couple of small cars cars I run FPV in the house, but my house isn't as spacious as your's. All of my indoor runs require a lot of stops & reverses. The videos are boring as hell, plus, my house is a mess!!! POW!!!

Hi Soulforce how are ya.i use that little camera works excellent. I would like to find a light weight at least 2 axis gimbal for the trucks
I'm not sure if there's a 2 axis gimbal suitable for trucks. Since most gimbals used on drones, hang from the bottom of the drone, it would up-side-down on a car! There may be some possibilities, but you'll have to do a "do-it-yourself" modification to make it work. Good luck, thanks for watching!!!
Double sided tape should work just as well as hot glue...! Since I've gotten into quad flying I haven't touch my R/c car in a few years, maybe I'll did it out of storage and fix it up because I'm sure getting bored with flight simulators with this stay at home order, I feel like a junkie that needs my flying "FIX"....geeze😫😫😫😣😥!!!

@@geraldharper330 My buddy Eric (Scotty) sprayed his AIO down with some kind of repellent and run his buggy through water. He managed to make it water resistant, but you can't submerge it!

You posted 3 links. 1 was goggles and 2 others were cameras. Can I buy the goggles and one of the cameras and be all set? Also how far have you been able to run with the big rock? Awesome video
Yes, you only need one camera and a set of 5.8ghz goggles. The two links are for two different types of all-in-one (AIO) cameras. One has a mono pole antenna, the other has a clover leaf antenna. I suggest the mono pole antenna, it can take more crashes if the car rolls over! I've been able to drive the Big Rock FPV over 200 meters. Thanks for watching!!!

my grandson is asking about a " Arrma Big Rock " for driving around the
barnyard and i'm not sure what the battery requirement would be for this
truck . I know it will run on either 2 or 3 S but what C- rating would
you recommend .
Depending on how fast you'd like to go, or how old your grandson is, I recommend 60c for modest speeds and up to 100c for top speeds! If I can remember correctly, this truck can run on as little as 30c, not sure though!! Thanks for watching and your question.
