you could separate the two parts of the hot dog slicer and just push it straight down to make even slices

The sausage slicer at the beginning would be a very useful tool to prepare snacks for babies and toddlers in a snap! Babies and toddlers can suffocate on grapes, pieces of banana and sausages, it block their airways. Could be useful in a daycare setting.

All of these gadgets were useless until Dave managed to find a use for them. What a legend
A knife can replace half of them. And the others are extremily specific. The best gaget anyone can ask for in a kitchen is a good knife.
