    *There's a correction. In examination of axillary group, the axillary group of left side of patient is palpated by right hand of examiner except the lateral nodes which are palpated by the left hand

    Generalised lymphadenopathy is involvement of ≥ 2 non-contiguous lymph node

    Correction - It's not ext genitals. Ext genitals lymphatic drainage - inguinal & iliac group.
    Testes, ovary - para-aortic.
    2. Axillary LN - one hand should be on shoulder to stabilize. N opposite hand used to palpate.
