It’s very hard to shift from Sales to Operations within same bank.
But you can try in other banks after that. But you need to start from zero again. So think wisely.

In Axis Bank, if you’re selected as DM grade, then you’re eligible for promotion in every 2 Years, depending on the the ratings that you get each year.

MBA in General Management, is best because it opens the doors for all verticals. Having a specialisation makes you prominent in that particular field.
MBA in Finance will be good, but attaching with any bank or organisation makes it a liability and it will become a very niche option, if you look for a long time perspective.
