Without any experince and banking course how are you getting such offers while others have to go from a 6-9 month course to get such job offers?

I got selected in abyb batch 29. Submitted the documents in loan centre. But 3 lakh leke bhi agr sales krna pde to ye to scam vali baat hai. To phir mai document vapis le aaya. I hope future mai is decision pe regret na kru.

Or target achievable h ya ni ye depend karta h leads k upar.. and ground reality yehi h ki targets hamesha aisa hi set hota h jo thoda sa tough ho.. Ye target banks k overall financial year k target ko individually divide kar k set kiya jata h..
Isiliye targets k baare jyada mat socho.. Focus on quality work and good learning experience.

Experience minimum 6 months count hota h in any company.
In banking sector, it is all about your confidence. Your Experience may get counted even after 4th month also. Like in my case ✌🏻
