Easiest method to factory default a Cisco Switch

Getting a switch back to factory default regardless of having a password to it or not, this is the easiest and fastest method. I have used this to reset hundreds of switches. It has the benefit of being wiped without waiting for the switch to fully boot and without having to know the passwords.

I have just got a cisco 3560 24ts and when i power it it just blinks and keeps blinking fast without even pressing the mode button. What do i do bc i have never owned a switch.
