    Tired and Chronic Fatigue are very different things! Fibromyalgia also consists of chronic fatigue, but how do you explain that? Sadly, the amount of information on this topic is very very limited.
    I hope you enjoy this little video, I am having a tough week, but still wanted to share this because, like I said it's also part of the experience of Fibromyalgia.
    Thank you for watching!
    Hi! I'm Olga, I'm 25 and I have Fibromyalgia - I had to give up my dream of becoming a professional dancer, I had to give up driving, working, a lot of us have to go through this. I started making videos to help me cope with the condition, and now they have turned into educational videos about the illness, as well as some entertaining ones, cause I am a multi-layered person like everyone else, and I like more than one thing! This channel is also a statement - we are people still, in spite of our condition, we are complex and passionate and interesting. I hope by sharing my journey I will inspire others to keep going, that I will help others understand their bodies better, and that I will help you all feel less alone!

    It's so funny hearing you talk about the flu feeling and soup brain, those are the exact phrases I use to describe it to people too 😅

    Hi Olga! I live with Fibromyalgia for the last couple of years as well. Thank you so much for telling our story! I showed this to my whole family! So they could understand how my day to day is! Thank you for making me feel like I’m not alone 😭🥳

    The bad thing about the fatigue is when you take a nap and And you wake up and you feel like you got hit by a truck

    Hi Olga! Thanks so much for your candidness. Your videos have helped me understand my body a lot more (I was only diagnosed six months ago so I'm still learning). I think a great holiday type video would be maybe holiday self care--I know I'm dreading having to possibly 1. explain my illness to my extended family as well as my fiancé's family (oh boy) 2. make sure I don't overdo it at holiday celebrations and 3. also enjoy myself during all this. Thanks again for making this content for us fibro-warriors

      Hi Brynn! I'm glad I have been helpful, that makes me super happy indeed. It's absolutely a learning curve and even now, its been a year for me, and I still don't really know what I'm doing. I'm gonna absolutely try and make those happen, but it's my first xmas after my diagnosis too so I have to really think about it haha. You're welcome! Thank you for being here

    Thanks for a great video love the pjs you rocked them with ur bun and bf cardi. Ive already forget what i want to say ... But I'd like to see you go right back to basic food exercise vitiams etc etc i think if we can do as much as possible on better days it will help us have less awful days. Been on manic energy this week you know when you know your gonna burn out but you just need to get to end of week or project and you start forgetting to eat drink sleep property etc etc its car crash waiting to happen this is me now. Funny i know see it happening where as i didn't in the beginning but once im running its hard to stop until you hit that wall. So I've been borrowing spoons from the future and its time to pay them back. Thanks for taking time out when you've been flaring your self.

I have plans to do more recipes and stuff but havent had the energy to do them, so your requests are definitely noted! Thanks :D I sometimes know its coming, and sometimes it hits me out of the blue. It's weird. this whole fibro thing is weird haha

    Hi I have Fibromyalgia also. I had to give up my job and I don't drive very much anymore. Just wondering the reason why you gave up driving?

    • @olgachronics3273
      @olgachronics3273  Před 5 lety +1

      Hi! Initially because it just got too hard. I had a couple scares where because of brain fog I wasn't paying attention to what I was doing, and when I started my medication I was so out of it I thought it was too dangerous. The pain also was always worse after driving so that too. Then I started getting better but because my car was quite old the clutch was very heavy and every time I drive it, the pain in my left leg (because of the clutch) is much, much worse for the next few days, even just a 5 minute drive. But I don't miss it very much, I work from home, and when I need to go somewhere I generally walk or take the bus or the train. Eventually I will buy a car with automatic gears and lots of accessible technology to help me.

      @@olgachronics3273 Thanks for sharing . I also am afraid to drive because of brain fog. I feel it takes extreme concentration and sometimes my head doesnt seem clear enough so I dont want to cause any accidents. Enjoying your channel!
