    I love your book videos. You read much different books than myself so great to see new stuff. But really I don't mind the subject, I just find your mindset and voice to be calming and uplifting during bad flare-ups. Thank you, and all the best to you.

    I drink a tea called Smooth Move. I think the brand name is medicinal traditionals. It’s organic and I go everyday. I don’t have to take medication anymore

    A couple of things I find help is eating a kiwi each day and linseeds added to my breakfast. The seeds need to soak for 10mins before eating, you can use milk or yogurt. And you need to make sure you drink lots of water. They are high in soluble fibre and have made a huge difference for me.

      Ive always found seeds to be a pain, literally. It takes ages for them all to pass and I avoid them now. I am happy it works for you though!

    I'm glad you're symptoms are decreasing and I'm glad to see another video. This could not have come at a better time because I'm currently dealing with ibs like symptoms. I told my doc abt it but she just told me to avoid certain foods and take immodium 😕. I have frequent bowel movements (on bad days i have up to 5 times a day) but it's not really diarrhea. And there are bouts of constipation in between. Some days as soon as I finish eat I have to run to the toilet. I like the idea of the wet wipes with the plastic cover and I will also eat more fruits. Thanks for sharing this.

      Thanks for your comment, I'm sorry your doc is not so good about this. In my experience the only doctors who take this stuff seriously are gastroenterologists so that might be the way forward for you. Hope you have a low symptom week!

    Good to see you! I'm so glad you're having a good run of health, enjoy it! Don't worry about an valleys, you can deal with them when you get there. Ride the high! Thank you so much for talking about this, I have IBS-M (need the doc to say it, but when we live with chronic illness, we know what's wrong) and it's good to hear someone talk so openly about what works and doesn't work. 😊

    Hello. I’m so happy to have found your channel. I have subscribed and watched a few of your videos so far. I plan to watch your other videos as I find you relatable and easy to watch 🙂. Thank you for your openness regarding what can be embarrassing subjects. I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia last summer having had chronic headaches and migraines for years which developed into other random pains, fibro fog, etc. It’s a trial! I completely understand the feeling faint on the toilet! Not fun. I’m glad to hear you have been feeling better, long may that continue 😊

    Thank you for a great video. I have IBS-C and noticed that there are very little resources out there for this type of IBS

      YUP! It seems people only associate IBS with diarrhoea when IBS-C is actually just as common.

    Have you tried looking at low stomach acid disorder or Chinese medicine spleen qi deficiency for the root cause?

    Just be careful in suggesting probiotics ... people who have a lot of bacteria shouldn’t have

    • @olgachronics3273
      @olgachronics3273  Před 3 lety +1

      Absolutely, people should look into things themselves before trying out anything suggested by strangers on the internet
