What a neat video topic. I will say a dog is a lot of work...seems that way with my little puppy Raven. I like the raincoat! My dog doesn’t like the umbrella either. Ha! I’d say patience is really important. At least in my experience with a puppy- we got Raven at 8 weeks. Patience with yourself and your dog.

Absolutely, patience is key. And time, as they grow older they calm down and become a little less work. I hope some of these ideas help with you and Raven, and hope you are finding joy in having a puppy!

Hi, Olga! Great video, also your doggie is so cute. 😊
I have quite an off-topic question about a fibromyalgia symptom - the chronic fatigue:
How is your fatigue? Do you run out of energy fast, do basic physical activities zap your energy (things like chores, cooking, walks, grocery shopping, etc.)?
Do you struggle with it on a daily basis, is it a major symptom as part of your fibromyalgia illness?
On a scale from 1 to 10, where 10 is severe fatigue, how would you rate your daily fatigue?
    Thank you!

Hi Andra! Yes, i do run out of energy from doing those things. I can generally do about 3-5 chores on a good day, plus walk and maybe cook a couplenof meals. But if i do this for a few days, i will have to have one or two rest days where I do almost nothing. I struggle with it on a daily basis yes, but obviously some days are worse than others. I would say it is one of my most pronounced symptoms, and it'd rate it an average of 6/10. But this is kind of subjective, I'm not bed bound and can do more than this on very good days or if i push myself, but i try to do less than i can do so i will have more good days. I hope this helps!

@@olgachronics3273 Thanks for your reply! This is very helpful. I have fibro myself and the fatigue is... real.

I also struggle with fatigue. About a year ago I started using the spoon theory and it has helped me in planning my days so I don’t overdo it. Like Olga I have to allow for rest and recovery. 💕

I can’t stand dogs because they bark and I m super sensitive to noice and visual etc anything

Zeus is very quiet, and he's especially careful when I am more noise sensitive. He never barks, only when we play with him and egg him on.

Well, at least they pick up on these things easier than humans do.
