buwizz motor is delayed till June or July.
they're having supply consistency and manufacturing issues. first batch didnt meet spec, then the motor they were using to prototype went out of stock and they had to find another supplier and start from scratch, then chinese lunar new year hit and most factories closed, delaying everything by another month.
so, its going to be a while if it ever does come out.

@@heruhcanedean yup, and then by the time they receive their completed units and verify them it'll be mid to end of may, and then it'll likely take another month or more to ship the first batch globally since world wide shipping is kinda fucjed right now. that means backers wont get theirs likely until june at earliest (at least outside of the EU)

For me, by far the most important difference is the two extra control channels. This finally enables me to use a single Buwizz for practically all my build. Before I had to use either two Sbricks or two Buwizzs, which takes up a LOT of space and weight. This is great.

Nice review. Many thanks. Can you stack the SBrick and PF motor to multiply controlled PF outputs like with BuWizz 2.0? Now I use BuWizz 2.0 with 2 SBricks, so I can control 12 outputs with the only one power source. It would be nice and save a lot of space to mix PU with PF motors with only one battery. For example 4 PU as servos to control pneumatic valves and stack more PF motors. And crème de la crème would be to control all of it with a PS4 controller. Best regards. :)

Most of the light kits you can buy are not modular so they are not designed to be powered and controlled by LEGO power sources. You can buy Powered Up LED lights (88005), but that's only one pair per port so it's not a full kit.

It costs me nothing, except that I don't speak Spanish. You can turn on the translations, there are even instructions at the beginning how to do that.

BuWizz 2.0 is better than the previous ones. 3.0 has different functionality, so you can't say that 3.0 is better than 2.0. They differ in functionality.

Is it only me or have lego become worse and worse for every year?
Look at the train. 12V system had unrivaled functionality.... granted the 9V system had better rail and motors. Also the 9V system had lego system integration, somthing lackning now. Also prior to the all technic system, öego technic was way faster to build, and more enjojeble. 9V motors was also superior.
PF pretty much destroyed lego train, its not that kid friendly any more, granted the introduktion of servos and sensors is nice.
For the new system, the over relinenze of BT kind of bugs me... I buy lego for the kids to get away from the tablet, not use it more.
