Yes because in Islam both men and women are important and valued. But it is people who choose to think one gender ( some societies are more pro-male & some more pro-female) is more important than the other and this is related to cultural norms.
And of His signs is that He created for you from yourselves mates that you may find tranquility in them; and He placed between you affection and mercy. Indeed in that are signs for a people who give thought. - Quran 30:21

That he asked `Aisha "What did the Prophet (ﷺ) use to do in his house?" She replied, "He used to keep himself busy serving his family and when it was the time for prayer he would go for it."

The word used in the hadith is mihnah (مِهْنَة), which is translated as ‘busy serving’ here, also means in the Arabic language ‘work’, ‘job’, ‘profession’, etc. This implies helping your wife in the house is a full time job as well. Whether it’s helping wash the dishes, cooking, cleaning, raising the kids, etc., is all part and parcel of being the ‘man’ of the house. The notion that it is somehow degrading for men to help and work with the wife around the house is foreign to Islam.
Hisham said, "I asked 'A'isha, 'What did the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, do in his house?' She replied, 'He did what one of you would do in his house. He mended sandals and patched garments and sewed."
Sahih Al-Adab Al-Mufrad 540
'Amrah Radiyallahu 'Anha reports that someone asked 'Aayeshah Radiyallahu 'Anha. "What was the usual practice of Rasulullah Sallallahu 'Alayhi Wasallam at home?" She replied:
"He was a human from among other humans. He himself removed the lice from his clothing, milked his goats, and did all his work himself".

Narrated Mu'awiyah al-Qushayri:
I went to the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) and asked him: What do you say (command) about our wives? He replied: Give them food what you have for yourself, and clothe them by which you clothe yourself, and do not beat them, and do not revile them.

Men have to do housework when they are available. The men have to give us food, shelter, and clothes. Good husbands that follow Islam will follow this.

As muslim women out of the two genders the one that I always from young age feel bad for that they go through a lot with no help in this world are men. Men are creation that endures self suffering and seek no help. I think being women is privilege in it self. I’m not trying to belittle anyone but I have definitely seen a connection with feminism, atheism and mental disorder, it’s like they’re suffering from a clear cognitive dissonance of knowing the truth deep down in reality and going against it at the same time. If you can't arabic or doesn't know tafseer then search the meanings and commentaries of both quran and hadith on your own. The surah or referrences of both verses and surahs are with them. When it comes to certain hadiths it has the links under it.

HADITHS
Abu Huraira reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as saying:
Verily, Allah, the Exalted and Glorious, would say on the Day of Resurrection: O son of Adam, I was sick but you did not visit Me. He would say: O my Lord; how could I visit Thee whereas Thou art the Lord of the worlds? Thereupon He would say: Didn't you know that such and such servant of Mine was sick but you did not visit him and were you not aware of this that if you had visited him, you would have found Me by him? O son of Adam, I asked food from you but you did not feed Me. He would say: My Lord, how could I feed Thee whereas Thou art the Lord of the worlds? He said: Didn't you know that such and such servant of Mine asked food from you but you did not feed him, and were you not aware that if you had fed him you would have found him by My side? (The Lord would again say: ) O son of Adam, I asked drink from you but you did not provide Me. He would say: My Lord, how could I provide Thee whereas Thou art the Lord of the worlds? Thereupon He would say: Such and such of servant of Mine asked you for a drink but you did not provide him, and had you provided him drink you would have found him near Me. 2569
1- روى مسلم عن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه، قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: ((إن الله عز وجل يقول يوم القيامة: يا ابن آدم، مرِضتُ فلم تعدني - (تَزُرْني) - قال: يا رب كيف أعودك وأنت رب العالمين؟ قال: أما علمت أن عبدي فلانًا مرِض فلم تعده، أما علمت أنك لو عدته لوجدتني عنده؟ يا ابن آدم استطعمتك فلم تطعمني، قال: يا رب وكيف أطعمك وأنت رب العالمين؟ قال: أما علمت أنه استطعمك عبدي فلان، فلم تطعمه؟ أما علمت أنك لو أطعمته لوجدت ذلك عندي، يا ابن آدم استسقيتك، فلم تسقني، قال: يا رب كيف أسقيك وأنت رب العالمين؟ قال: استسقاك عبدي فلان فلم تسقه، أما إنك لو سقيته لوجدت ذلك عندي))؛ (مسلم، حديث رقْم 2569)
ن معاذ بن جبل رضي الله عنه قال: كنت رديف النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم على حمار, فقال لي ( يا معاذ أتدري ما حق الله على العباد وما حق العباد على الله. قلت: الله ورسوله اعلم. قال: حق الله على العباد أن يعبدوه ولا يشركوا به شيئا وحق العباد على الله أن لا يعذب من لا يشرك به شيئا قلت: يا رسول الله أفلا أبشر الناس؟ قال: لا تبشرهم فيتكلوا)..

@How Would The Unwary Know [ ص: 32 ] الحديث الرابع والعشرون . عن أبي ذر رضي الله عنه ، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم فيما يروي عن ربه عز وجل أنه قال : يا عبادي إني حرمت الظلم على نفسي وجعلته بينكم محرما فلا تظالموا ، يا عبادي كلكم ضال إلا من هديته فاستهدوني أهدكم ، يا عبادي كلكم جائع إلا من أطعمته فاستطعموني أطعمكم ، يا عبادي كلكم عار إلا من كسوته فاستكسوني أكسكم ، يا عبادي إنكم تخطئون بالليل والنهار وأنا أغفر لكم ذنوبكم جميعا فاستغفروني أغفر لكم ، يا عبادي إنكم لن تبلغوا ضري فتضروني ولن تبلغوا نفعي فتنفعوني ، يا عبادي لو أن أولكم وآخركم وإنسكم وجنكم كانوا على أتقى قلب رجل واحد منكم ما زاد ذلك في ملكي شيئا ، يا عبادي لو أن أولكم وآخركم وإنسكم وجنكم كانوا على أفجر قلب رجل واحد منكم ما نقص ذلك من ملكي شيئا ، يا عبادي لو أن أولكم وآخركم وإنسكم وجنكم قاموا في صعيد واحد فسألوني فأعطيت كل إنسان منهم مسألته ما نقص ذلك عندي إلا كما ينقص المخيط إذا دخل البحر ، يا عبادي إنما هي أعمالكم : أحصيها لكم ثم أوفيكم إياها ، فمن وجد خيرا فليحمد الله عز وجل . ومن وجد غير ذلك فلا يلومن إلا نفسه . رواه مسلم .

وفي رواية: « أَدْخَلَهُ الله الْجَنَّةَ عَلَى مَا كَانَ مِنْ عَمَلٍ»

Any muslim that supports feminism is indirectly saying that islam is not enough or is not complete which is a very dangerous thought.

But men and women cant be 100% equal. we can have justice done to us, but full equality is kinda not possible. I mean if we want 100% equality and the same treatment as men, that means businesses should not allow women to take pregnancy leaves because men don't. Women should work in the same harsh conditions such as construction sites, armies, etc.
Don't get me wrong, I advocate for better treatment and justice of women, but I by no means want to be equal with a man. I am a woman, not a man, and hence want to be acknowledged as a woman. Both genders have different needs.
