This is so crazy: Just yesterday I was writing down several translation of Psalm 27:14 (because it's strongly relevant to my life and what I'm going through right now), and one of them was: "Wait on the Lord; be strong and let your heart take courage. Wait on the Lord!" And while writing, "let your heart take courage," I was like, "God, what does that REALLY mean, to 'let your heart take courage'?" And next thing you know, this general topic is exactly what you two posted that same day!

The one about looking out for lies really hit me. I tend to be influenced by what I hear and see from the media and pop culture even when I know deep down what is right and wrong. I never really thought about being on the look out for lies and addressing them so that they don't plant a seed of doubt or confusion inside me. Really good tip, thanks ladies!

What do you do when you sometimes get trapped in lies in your mind that you're not beautiful or that you have many flaws is it okay to see yourself as beautiful?
