Watching from New Zealand at 5am,saw the cheese sticks and got up and dragged out my George Foreman and made the cheese sticks, SCRUMPIOUS, when the shops open I'll be off to get some bagels and that's breakfast sorted.

A couple of tips: try using a potato ricer to squeeze excess moisture from potatoes. But be gentle until you get a knack for the amount of pressure to apply without crushing. And...any griiling appliance like in the video should have removable plates. Trust me, it makes proper washing so much easier.

If those are fresh jalapenos, freeze the stems for "free" yogurt starter. Can use the little bit of pepper under the stem caps to top that pizza.
