  • This should be a very useful guide to getting fluent in Spanish. i know, I didn't give many actionable steps to actually get started, but I hope you can use this to make some decisions and some changes to your habits to better promote your Spanish learning.
Comment and lmk if you'd like me to make a fully actionable guide.

Arrange a language exchange with a native speaker about a specific topic, lets say football. (Obviously the exchange is half the time Spanish half the time English). In your Spanish time plan ahead by getting all the vocab both verbs and nouns in front of you on the table then start talking about football as best you can using the words you have in front of you... for example the word for header, corner, freekick are all in Spanish in front you (with translated English meaning) so you are forcing yourself to use them in conversation. This is a tip from a Brit who learned Spanish fairly quickly and achieved the Instituto Cervantes Diploma C2.

@@JanRyczkowski well, you would have to arrange it before hand as they will only seriously offer you their time and energy to correct you (when you make mistakes) if you offer them something in return: help with their English. Turn it into a win win and they will put the work in. But go prepared not just to have a drink and chat.

Took notes here and i dont even intend to learn a new language anytime soon. This seems like a great formula to learn basically anything.

may Allah bless you, these tips will be helpful when you learn Arabic in sha Allah, I would recommend starting with learning the letters and pronounciation and learning to read with the vowel signs, there are some very good videos on CZcams and I would recommend the channel Arabic101 which has detailed videos on pronouncing letters and rules on reading the Qur'an in Arabic.
