    Video recommendation: knowledge that can be learned before going into OCS. I know learning the weapon conditions, Marine rank structure, and the 11 general orders are good things to learn beforehand, but what other information could we learn to make the knowledge at OCS minimal

    Can you do a video about chits, about dealing with critique and navigating socially in an environment where people are grading you on everything. You’re a big help, thanks for doing this

    Thank you for the insight, Sir. My ship date is Sunday for PLC Jr's. I've watched a few of your videos to help with my mental preparation. They have definitely helped.

    You have been unbelievably helpful in my prep as a college senior for OCS, I've been trying my best to prepare to be comfortable with a competitive 5K time. I haven't reached out to a recruiter yet, and I leave back to campus for my senior year at the end of August. Should I contact my local recruiting station before I leave or wait until I graduate?

    Can you please keep it real… how hard is ocs from 1-10. I hear some say it’s not like how people say it is . I’m prior enlisted so I’m wondering how much harder it is .

      If you have a 280+ PFT and can handle the stresses of a "boot camp" type training atmosphere... I would say 5/10. Definitely not too bad if you are prior enlisted.

    Would you recommend driving or flying to OCS?

    • @MrJoshHodge
      @MrJoshHodge  Před měsícem

      Depends... if you can drive, drive because you will have a car and a big advantage during weekend libos, plus you'll be able to have your car immediately when you check into TBS
